The receptionist attitude towards me wasn’t good at all but i decided to let it go since i wanted to rest I had to carry my traveling bags to my room, i asked her if it’s possible to change a room and her response was sarcastic ? A lot happened that day, even my room wasn’t cleaned but the housekeeper acted as if she cleaned

My kids enjoy swimming pool Kids were not happy to be informed that the bar fair food during diner is finished and now they have to use food menu to order and they don't understand the food menu very well and also food waiting was longer also 1hrs of waiting.
