The location is perfect if you need to reach the airport easily. We stayed only one night and it was smooth to reach the airport easily. Also, it’s great to have a shopping mall just in front of the hotel The rooms need some renovation

The only thing i liked was the staff trying to help me as best they could The rooms did not have enough blankets it was freezing cold, the carpets need to be either washed or replaced, there was no two point plug i had to request for one, the tv was not allowing me to make use of the apps and the staff wanted me to pay for usage of them on the tv. i was told i had to pay upfront for food i had to order for my first night's dinner as i could not run a tab on the room.

Being close to the airport, the hotel was very convenient for our needs. The room, being actually two rooms could well accommodate our family. All services were excellent. Nothing to tell.

It’s close to airports, they have a room for group. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breaskfast you need to pay in propriety but it’s very nice. They don’t have a soap in the bathroom. They just keep 2 towels inside room and we here in 3 or 4 people. So we need to ask more in reception. It’s not a silent window. So we listen some people were singing all the night.

the hotel needs a makeover, the carpet had stains, the bathroom was old and had cracks on the glass and display, the rooms had no aircons, the fridges were old but working. the only value with the place is that it is near east gate and the daily cleaning service but yoh! the place doesn't look like it's in Johannesburg...the owners really need to invest and redo the place.

room cleaned, dirty towels taken, but never replaced, i battled for towels. Nothing, all good.
