Dinner was excellent - service, food taste, portion size and value for money The iron attached to the ironing board not very practical - the iron holder takes up too much space on an already small ironing area.

The place is convenient if you want to travel around Joburg. Very clean and secure too. The staff is really friendly and know customer care I have a room preference, not on the ground floor, this is where I was put. There was a brocken door that took city lodge 3 days to fix not to mention ants on the level I was given

The whole setting of the hotel, makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. I like the set out of the rooms and the view you see from the windows. The instinct of the hotel staff is not to be helpful, in fact very cold and uninterested at times especially the gladies at the Reception, otherwise it was good value for money. There were also mosquitoes in the room.

Standard breakfast. The ants in the room. I left my snacks on the table in the evening when I woke up it was all covered in ants. Please fumigate the place.
