the bathroom water flow needs improvement. Also, after using the toilet, the flush provide instead of Tish paper . Kindly check and fix it. Thank you.

Nothing much jst the area is not that great but when uu in the hotels 4 walls uu wouldn't know it was in that location.

Parking was secured. Reception welcoming. Place was clean, Comfortable room. Place is nice. There was no iron, iron board, drinking water or coffee, tea. No towels.

Their curtacy and etiquette, out of this world. It's surprising that an institution may achieve to recruit literally all excellent staff from their general assistant, security, reception, kitchen. I liked the fact that my daughter and I were attending my son's Graduation at University of Johannesburg, We arrived later than check in time, yet warmly welcomed. I was feeling discomfort and not feeling well when driving from the university to the venue, due to stomach ache. The Super Chef tailor made my supper to suit my condition. During breakfast I watched my daughter indulge in their well balanced breakfast. The Chef again prepared my oats and herbal tea. It was rainy and cold. My daughter and I felt the warmth, we wanted to extend our stay, but I needed to consult for my health. We were surprised to find our car washed clean ❤️. I didn't like the road from University of Johannesburg towards the venue. It might be due to the fact that we did not know the place well, we navigated and we got a road with potholes.

The price I had in bookin is not the same as the price I paid when I get to the venue The attitude with their security was not right especially during the day the night shift security and reception was good during check in

The rooms were safe,clean and spacious No towels in the room ,the fridge wasn't working

Staff very helpful Linen very dirty , maybe the property should use darker linen than white linen (staff very kind helpful)
