It was very beautiful from outside to inside,peaceful and clean. The spa massage room needs more upgrade and the jacuzzi had a little bit of a smell and there’s no privacy in the jacuzzi area

The reception staff were amazing. Requested housekeeping to tidy my room again in the afternoon, they were dull and didn't change the towels from morning.

I loved everything about the place

Although very brief we really enjoyed our short stay. Always made to feel very welcome.

The room and bathroom were superb. Hotel located in a nice, safe location. Breakfast and room service were a bonus. The room itself was spacious and really nice. However it was right behind reception, next to the dining area and a bit too close to the kitchen. So there were a lot of smells and noise coming through.

Superb

Quiet, very comfortable & secure at night. However the added advantage is, although it is quiet it’s close enough to “the buzzing” Bedfordview shopping centres & restaurants. If you don’t want to venture out much, it’s just as great because Villa Reis offers a lovely hearty breakfast/lunch/dinner & it is served overlooking the beautiful gardens & the pool area. They have it all! Especially the Massages, they are top quality!!!

The property was clean and tidy. The rooms are well lit and spacious, we had more than enough towels and my showers were hot. I loved the touch of rusks at the tea station. The staff was friendly and the owner came to greet my partner and I. I liked that they offered more than a bed but have a spa and offer grooming treatments too, there’s a gym and braai facilities. The property has a bar and pool to enjoy during the day as well as a jacuzzi. The property is well situated and secure. Honestly a gem! I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
