The Hotel was in a great location. Next to a huge mall. The rooms were regularly cleaned and staff were amazing and very helpful. Language was a problem as many did not understand English. But they were always ready to help by using translators on their phone.

We had a wonderful three‑day stay at the Crowne Plaza Beijing U‑Town, all the staff were helpful and Mr. Troy Hou in particular, he went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. He surprised my little boy with a panda toy, and decorated the room with a child‑friendly theme. These thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. He also helped us smoothly extend our stay by an extra night, which we appreciated greatly. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool is a lovely bonus - spacious, well‑maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants in U-town shopping center. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt genuinely cared for, and we would happily return. Highly recommended.

Nice stay in Beijing in a great location. Special mention for Guest Relations manager Maria and check-in staff Kyrie. Our food and beverage order on day 1 was delayed but Maria sent a sweet and heartfelt hand-written apology note the next day which was much appreciated. All good

Comfortable room, good location and convenient to have direct access to a shopping center. Staff spoke little or no English. Language barriers aside, they didn't look up or even greet us upon arrival. Our departure was met with the same indifference. We expect better hospitality from a premium hotel.
