Property was fairly centrally located, with excellent staff and amenities Breakfast was very average and although the location is pretty central, it is to the right of a major street making commute times longer than anticipated. Further, the hotel is extremely busy with the pool, gym and other amenities packed at all times and the hotel seemed specifically catered for Russian tourists.

Less English than my last stay in this hotel which caused a couple of confusions with my family new to China. Quite far from the metro so had to get lots of taxis because it was too hot to walk (heatwave in summer time)

Location was perfect for getting round Beijing. Lovely breakfast with plenty of western and Asian options. The swimming pool is a must to visit at night and look at the Beijing skyline. Has a retractable roof during the summer months. Rooms are apartment style with plenty of space and facilities like a washing machine, hot plate, fridge and microwave were a bonus. Wouldnt hesitate to return for business or leisure.

Felt like home, they gave us welcoming gifts , good bye gifts. Staffed seemed sincerely nice people not just nice because they have to. Gave really amazing detergent everyday to wash clothes. Me and my son felt like that was our home. Breakfast was amazing too . Location amazing, shops, restaurants everywhere. Mall near by with cool activities for kids. Would definitely stay there again The pool guy wasn’t friendly seemed angry

The Gym was very well equipped. The swimmingly pool has a nice panorama. Good breakfast. Good restaurant and bar in the hotel. Good location The English communication could be improved at the reception. Especially in a hotel where there are a lot of foreign tourists.

The property was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and well equipped. It was cleaned daily. The pool and the pool area was also lovely, not too crowded, great place to relax and have a swim, while admiring the breathtaking views of the city. Separate towels were provided at the pool, which was also highly appreciated. The gym looked also very well maintained and equipped (we didn't try it, but seen it). The breakfast was good, had a lot of food varieties, continental and Chinese dishes too. The seating area was lovely. The staff could work on their English a bit, because using translate for every communication is a bit tiering. I also had to ask for an extra bathrobe 2 times. There was a hair in the dumpling tray, so they should keep a closer eye on the kitchen's hygiene. Also there was an incident with a dude smoking on the corridor (clearly marked as no smoking, designated smoking area outside) and managed to set the fire alarm on during the night. Security should've intervened way earlier. Last day, on the 7th floor, the whole place smelled like a fresh fish market in Greece, which was very unpleasant!

The breakfast buffet was the best we had the whole trip. Also the staff in the restaurant in the morning were super kind and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice as well. We really enjoyed our room having a separate sleeping area for the kids. Nothing

Nothing. Everything went well.

It was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious, equipped with a small kitchen, fridge and laundry machine. The bed was comfortable. There was room service every day for fresh towels. The staff was very kind. The breakfast buffet had many choices, it was very good. There is a pool on the rooftop and a bar close to the lobby. The cocktails at the bar were really expensive however the bartenders are doing real cocktails from scratch, prepared with care. The closest metro station is 15 minutes walk. Beside the hotel there are small coffee shops, convenience stores and massage place.

The facilities are amazing and very close to a lot of places to eat, highlighting a fantastic bakery close by. The cleaning team is great and very efficient. The entrance decoration is superb, is such a beautiful place. The breakfast is very chineses oriented (as it should be), there is some western options, but they were far from great. I had a hard time ordering room service through dial 3, they have advertisement everywhere about that, but when I tried to order they basically refused to talk to me, because I couldn't speak chinese. Not a big deal, but it happened.

Very convenient location near to many restaurants shopping, room is clean, has free laundry room for self serve. all staff are very nice and friendly. The upgrade room with the bed that we had to climb up the staircase which is not suitable for elderly. The regular room with double bed but somehow the window was completely blocked up by the huge cabinet so it was a bit stuffy when we had to be in there for 3 days. All the room control panel was in Chinese so it was hard to navigate it.
