The place is really good, staff was helpful and always present. The room was absolutely clean and well kept. The least noisy of all the hotels we experienced in Beijing. The bathroom had actual doors that could be closed. Possibly some of the best elevators I have experienced, with an average wait time of less than 10 seconds. Also they offer (kinda pricey) SPA services until 2am in the morning. I can't come up with anything I didn't like.

All staffs are freindly, and i felt very warm that room service realised i might have neck problem when she found i added a towel under the pillow, and she prepared me a very comfortable pillow. Breakfast was very nice as well! I will come back next time. All good.

Spacious entrance easy to pickup/drop off, friendly staff. Roomy and nice view from where I stayed. Only downside for me - room is a bit dated, noticeable musty smell in the bathroom.

The facilities were great, clean, lots to keep you occupied in the hotel, I would come back Lack of English speaking staff, difficult to communicate with majority of people working there, sauna/hot tubs were separate but the swimming pool was mixed found this odd. Booked a room under sauna in the room and was advised when we got there it was a typo on Booking.Com and they had no rooms like that. I booked for that reason. The room service staff were 10/10 made up for all of the above.
