Location in the CBD was great for business travel. Close to a good choice of eating places. Most of the staff could not speak English which was a bit of a problem when seeking advice.

Almost everything. 1- Many of the staff do not know English , however it is normal in China , almost everywhere. 2- The Hotel Main entrance location is tricky and confusing for Taxi and Didi drivers, many trips are cancelled becuse of that reason. Hotel should find solution.

Close to the airport No one was there in the reception to take the baggage to the room .. and no one give me the trolley to carry the luggage to the room.. i had a 3 large bags and after a 9 hour flight i carried the bags to the room and I asked for help but no helped me .. they take a deposit I don’t know why?? It’s the only hotel I visit doing that

The interior is fresh and comfortable. The A/C works very well (we used it for heating). There is much light in the bathroom. The location is good—there are many shops and restaurants nearby, and a metro station is about 700 meters away. It was quiet in the room. The dining table in the room is large. The bed is soft, and there are 2 types of pillows to choose from: soft and hard. The breakfast was good, various and including much European food. The window curtains are dense and blocking almost all the light from the outside. There is a big window between the bathroom and the room itself. When somebody uses the bathroom at night, the bed gets flooded with light even when the curtain is closed. Though, this light is not very bright. Another uncomfortable feature is that the curtain opens/closes from the main room, not from the bathroom.

I like reception lady and special thanks to Mr. Lathan yu xu xin. We have lost our phone in taxi he was with us in police station until 4am and he helped us a lot And the lady ordered food for us.

Very friendly staff who speak good English, good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, great view from the room, and overall good service for very good price. If I visit Beijing again will definitely stay here again. Everything was good

We went to celebrate my birthday and the hotel gave me a surprise birthday cake with a hand written letter, thanks to Melody Hu ( Front desk manager) and team. The AC was not cooling, the hotel reception told us that is due to the external weather changes, but however inside the room it was a bit hot to sleep in the night

Genuinely outstanding! Every day they'd bring fresh water bottles, fizzy drinks and clean the room. They were very polite and the place was spotlessly clean!

The room service isn't available after 0830pm, dinner should be early Unnecessary deposit / deposit amount is higher / deposit isn't refunded unless a week later

Very quiet from the busy city, clean and great relaxing stay after our in the city all day It does take about 30mins taxi to most attractions but with the price through didi it's not the worst.
