The modern comfort of the rooms, cleanliness and the hotel location in the city. Good attention from concierge. The pool was in a hot area, so I did not visit it thoiugh I wantd to relax by the pool.

Reasonable price for 5 stars Nice and clean room. Special thanks for bench inside of shower space Breakfast was not at the level of my expectations (very few fresh fruits instead of canned fruits)

Breakfast and the swimming pool

The room was very clean and large with a small fridge. The breakfast area was wonderful with brunch (breakfast and lunch) items available to satisfy all international guests with our cultural preferences. Since we stayed at the location for 4 nights and had 4 breakfasts, we appreciated the warm reception from the morning crew (from the initial guest check-in person to the cooks to the servers). The entrance to the subway system is literally in front of the hotel, and if you walk across the side street, there are additional restaurants (including a Starbucks and a KFC) and convenience stores. The "comfortable" temperature for the entire hotel was still a bit too warm for us, but unfortunately, we were unable to adjust the temperature. The only action the hotel recommended was to turn off the heater, but the temperature remained the same.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, being only a short walk away from the subway station. There were also a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The room was superb and we had a really comfortable stay. We also had a nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with options for everyone. I would stay here again if I travel to Beijing again.

The room was ok in terms of size the bathroom was nice as well. Furthermore, the location was good. checking in process was smooth and they were polite. Lobby was nice as well there is plenty of room so you can go and chill The cleaning staff arent cleaning much they arrange only they dont vacume the foor, the staff were nice enough however they dont speak english so comunication was super difficult at times. the staff did not take our suitcases to the room until we asked. breakfast was not diverse. they did not have fresh orang juice nor filtered coffee. the Corridor smilled like cigarettes or bad most of the time however inside the room there was no smill.

Beds were comfy, the toilets were well furnished and location was quite convenient. Everything was generally spotlessly clean. Staff were polite. It is a solid hotel. On the first day, there was unfortunately a piece of used tissue on the floor of my hotel room. I believe this was an accident/ mistake on the part of the cleaning staff as the room was otherwise spotlessly clean and this was an isolated incident.

Staff were extremely helpful and spoke better english then most people in Beijing. Room was nice and clean. Location was indeed very convenient. About 30min by car from the airport (with night traffic) and as advertised literally in front of a subway station As the hotel is conveniently connected next to a large intersection you can hear some background traffic noises from outside. If you're used to city life however it isn't that much of a bother and i slept very well regardless

Everything was absolutely perfect – friendly and helpful staff, exceptional cleanliness, and a great location right next to the metro. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time!

Close to train station, good facilities, spacious and clean The toilet drainage is not able to drain the water during bath so it flow out to the bathroom
