Hotel is in a great location. Staff very knowledgeable and professional and above all accommodating. They extended hospitality to make our stay in Beijing as comfortable as possible. All was great keeping in mind that the boutique hotel is not in big chain setting. One should not expect a Marriott and should appreciate all personalized extras that big chains can’t offer.

There was a weird smell in the room and hotel and also breakfast is “non european” friendly ?

Staffs were super helpful and friendly. Suddenly one of us needed an emergency, they helped us with everything they could and called us an ambulance. Thanks to the staffs he got better. The room was super clean and modern. This is the best hotel I have ever been. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

We booked for 4 adults. While the room was big enough for 4-5 people, the luggages was not.

Location Room was disgusting. Seems like they forgot to clean it. There were stains on the walls and the floor was sticky. Housekeeping wasn’t available and they wouldn’t change the room as they said the hotel was full.
