Breakfast is good, cleaness, friendly staff Breakfast is full of Chinese, consider Indian also. Put tissues in room. every time i need to go wash room to get tissues. heater not working when it's cold out side.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The location is excellent—right in a lively, upscale area close to everything you might need. The rooms are spotless, with every detail and amenity meeting true five-star standards. The grand lobby is stunning. All my colleagues were thoroughly satisfied with their stay. It was truly a great experience. Special thanks to James, Bruce, Jack, and Cathy. We will definitely be back.

I loved everything. It worth every penny. We booked the horizon room that gave us access to not just breakfast but the lounge, happy hours and dinner. The hotel has a full shopping mall in the same building with every luxury brand having an outlet. It was a beautiful experience. The staffs were very helpful. You get a warm welcome from when you step out from your taxi.

My mom and I enjoyed the hotel very much. The architecture and window views are amazing. This was our first time in Beijing. The location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful too.

Spacious room meeting the expectation of the value. Close connection to metro and malls. Also has great view. Pity I only stayed here for the sleeping and had to work all day. WiFi was too slow and almost unusable. Had to rely on mobile phone instead which was disappointing considering the value of this hotel

What a fantastic stay. Welcoming staff, friendly service. The mall has great shopping, and restaurants, and the locale on Guamao subway line means travel around the city is easy. These folk can also organise a driver for a Great Wall excursion….awesome. We loved everything.

Very nice hotel with China style decorations. Neely renovated Room is clean and nice. Executive Lounge is fantastic especially breakfast, but high tea section can further improve. Very good location. Will back again if travel to Beijing again.
