That it’s a Hilton property and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. A shame for the condrad name. The worst Hilton I have stayed in. Should be renamed Hilton Garden Inn (NOT condrad or a normal Hilton). The rooms are old and the Toilets are TERRIBLE. Old tiles that are broken in the shower cubicle area too. Only 2 restaurants.

The property is good The spa price is higher than the stay. The spa stuff doesn’t speak English well, there was a misunderstanding. We complain to the spa and nothing. We talked with the reception manager and he didn’t give us attention at all

Very nice hotel all around . Excellent value and friendly staff .. nice park opposite hotel Nothing it was great for our family but could have some children friendly facilities.

Great location - walking distance to CBD and sanlutun. The toilet flushing isn’t working the best. Normally you need to flush a couple of times to make sure.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Pool with hot tub, great for relaxing after long day. Three restaurants proving good variety of choice for lunch and dinner. More remote from cultural attractions than we expected

The hotel is new , rooms are big and have really good quality It was really difficult to communicate with the staff of the hotel , because the level of there language was absolutely poor.we had to use app to translate, because nobody could understand , what I tried to tell them .the process of check in took me about one hour

they tried to over charged us when checking out by more than 500 Chinese yuan. after we realized it, the only explanation we got was “ there was an issue with the system because you booked the room on Booking.com” After everything we asked for a proper invoice as we did not trust them anymore, we received two different versions of receipts in the email that we had no clue why they showed different total amounts in the Chinese and English version.

The rooms were very roomy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. They perhaps have my favorite bathroom out of all hotel rooms. We also really enjoyed the food. The staff were so friendly and assisted us with anything that we needed. One of our rooms even though non-smoking did have a cigarette smoke smell when we first went in. The smell did dissipate as we stayed for 5 days.

Good location, nice and clean room. The night curtains pass through light too easily, so that 5am in the summer is quite bright in the room, which tends to wake up people, if one wants to sleep more.
