New World Beijing Hotel

The rooms were quiet,spacious and nice. I liked the self serve pastries and breakfast as well. The doorman was as very friendly. Make sure to contact the concierge desk for any reservations questions as they reserved a car to the Great Wall for me. Lots of good treadmills either good views. The breakfast counter needs to say “good morning “ and the front desk need to be a little warmer. The swimming pool is cold and is only for lap swimming and the “hot tub “ is filled with kids and not hot. Also was tried to made to wear a swim cap even though I was just getting in and not getting my head wet. Not for people who are from other countries. The location is a bit far from some of the main sites as well.

The room was exquisite and comfortable (upgraded to help us celebrate our anniversary). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant served very tasty dinner choices at reasonable prices and breakfast was tremendous. Although we were there for only one night, the location was excellent as a launching pad for many Beijing activities. Nothing

Had a wonderful stay at New World Beijing Hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient for exploring Beijing. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and kindness made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the great experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing. One thing that really touched me was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I had booked a Twin Room, but when they realized I was traveling alone, they thoughtfully changed my room to a King Room without any extra charge. It wasn't something I requested, which made the gesture even more meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. I am truly grateful and thankful for such warm hospitality.

Central location Very large rooms Perfect for a good night sleep ( very comfy bed with great quality pillows and bed sheets ). Nice spa area and a large pool -no sauna just a steam room -kids at the pool area ( obviously it’s not a hotel’s fault )

It was a wonderful experience and a very comfortable stay. The hotel location is strategic and convenient for visiting most of the main attractions. The staff at the reception and breakfast area were always friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. .

Clean, large room and we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was phenomenal They didn’t include pillow, blanket or towel for our child. Housekeeping kindly brought us more when asked. However Each time they cleaned the room they took these extras away and we had to ask for them again

Amazing Location and accommodation and breakfast

bed was too hard, I normally prefer hard bed, but bed at this hotel was way too hard, i wake up with body pain.

Location and helpful staff

Seems to be a good location, around 30mins from the Airport for us but not suited too well for tourists, probably good for those on business and know where they are going each day. Upstairs rooftop not open until 7.30p and stop serving food by 9.30pm. Almost no english onsite, so if you cant speak Chinese translator apps nessasary. Beds are fairly firm, rooms are genrally tidy. Included breakfast good for inclusion. No changing options though same same options everyday for a week. There should be at least one staff member on shift who can speak basic English. The bar fridge was empty, with no milk provided. Overall, the level of customer service was quite disappointing compared to many other places we’ve stayed around the world.

Great breakfast spread, location is great, pool is nice, large rooms Rooms are certainly dated. I have never slept on such an uncomfortable bed. This was not a matter of soft vs hard mattress preference. This was clearly a cheap, boxspring mattress - i could feel the coils. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. For such a premium price and 5 stars, I would expect a good night's rest. I recommend spending 20% more at the Hilton and get a good night's rest.

Beautiful property close to many major tourist attractions in Beijing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were very nice too. Good breakfasts! The beds were absolutely too hard. This was shocking in an otherwise 5 star hotel. Other reviewers had also mentioned this. If they at least added good pillows, that might help, but they were bad too. It was also a little farther from the subway than I expected. But Didis are inexpensive in Beijing.

Clean and good location about 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. The stuff is great. And the room is wonderful all was good. Breakfast was great too. Wifi didn't work well. But I believe it is a VPN issue not related to the hotel.

Everything was superb; great room, helpful and friendly staff, incredible breakfast, and an excellent location. We liked everything!

Amazing place. Ill go back there anytime

The customer service illustrated by the staff was extraordinary ALL the time!!! We utilized the “club level” and the team there was top shelf!! Lastly, we had breakfast with our reservation and it was extremely good. Can’t think of a single thing!!
