The breakfast was standard but plentiful, the location is really good - close to trains/ shopping, and within decent walking distance of Tiananmen Square. A great little bakery located to the left when you exit the lobby which did a decent coffee and had a good selection of baked goods for a snack on the run. 5 days and the breakfast offering was identical every single day. It got boring very quickly.

Great location. 15 min walk to Tiananmen Square. About 50m to the subway/metro. Plenty of food options nearby and others also within easy reach on the subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only used the restaurant for buffet breakfast which offered a good choice - it can get busy at breakfast but we never had a problem finding a table (4 night stay). The hotel highlights when they think busy and quiet times are so you can avoid busy times if your plans allow.

Excellent location with shops and safe walking nearby. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Room was fairly good. Hotel looked very nice from the outside and had a very impressive lobby. Restaurant for buffet breakfast was decent. However the room’s bathroom was a major disappointment - shabby and outdated.

Staff very uncooperative. No place to sit for guest while waiting for the room. Very poorly planned. Staff needs training. Limited dining options. Very confusing and no ont available to help. Couldn’t get coffee. Management must be shameful Great location.

The staff should be able to communicate in English. It is a prominent tourist hotel.

Nice location, decent hotel with friendly staf. The rooms were really hot and the blankets very thick. Even on the rainy day when it was rather cold, inside the room it was very warm. AC wasn't working properly. When asking the staff we were brought a fan, but that did not do the trick. Also it was quite a walk inside the hotel to our room, as the hotel is quite big.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and diligent; The room is clean, comfy and well maintained; The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, shopping centers, scenic parks, convenient public transit. I am not used to the electric motorcycles running fast through pedestrian crowds on the sidewalks.
