Perfect location if you want to be close to Wangfujing street Poor front desk service. The lobby is very shabby looking. Breakfast was below expectations

the hotel is perfect in terms of location since it’s literally in Wangfujing and just few steps away from the shops. There is a small supermarket near the lobby and luckin coffee beside sa reception. There is a huge bookstore beside the hotel where you can buy lots of merch. The room is very spacious and clean and you can ask for toiletries and water everyday. it took a while for us to checkin because they need pin code in our credit card which we don’t have. Good thing I have a debit card.

It was beside main tourist places. rooms were clean. They do not provide bathroom supplies unless we request them every day. restaurant do not give 24/7 food services. they do not have US doller exchange machine. we can not change the temperature of AC, it was very disturbing.

The property was so near the center. The rooms were wide. There was a grocery store inside the hotel , a restaurant and Luckin coffee. The staff were helpful. They did not have tours available in the property.

great room, great size too, excellent welcome. I was able to leave my laugage until my room was ready. Breakfast was awesome. Very clean all over. I cound not find anything I did not like

The location is convenient. The hotel is old which is OK. What was not okay was that one of the rooms we got had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. We were told we could not change rooms because they were full. Strong cigarette smoke smell came through the exhaust fan around 10-11pm in the second room. When complained to hotel staff the next morning, they said they could not control the quality of customers. We checked out then straight away as the kids couldn’t stop coughing and crying after spending the night there.

The property was really nice and clean. Location is perfect. Really close to shops, food. There is a little convenience store attached to the lobby for drinks and snacks. Staff were all friendly. The beds were really firm so we woke up sore most mornings, it made it hard to relax after some long days. Shower bath did not have a handle to help elder persons in or out safely.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with very clean and well-maintained rooms. It's just 300 meters from the subway station and within easy reach of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and various shopping centers. The pedestrian street, shops, and plenty of dining options are right next door, making everything super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful-they even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
