Nothing - the staff were rude and most unhelpful. The reception staff when I checked out suggested I had not paid despite producing a hotel invoice showing it had been paid. Limited English and very poor communication skills did not help. Aggressive personnel of whom one finally did say sorry for their mistake. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Very well equipped room. Very helpful and polite staff. Unbeatable location. Neighbours made all sorts of noises! The room is not very sound-proofed. When people shut doors and talked loudly I can hear everything. Not ideal for a good rest. The hotel should remind residents to keep quiet.

It’s just a stone’s throw to the West Railway Station, super convenient for those who are in transit to take High Speed Trains. The room was nice and clean. The service was exceptionally good. Special mentions to the front desk staff Zhang Zhixing and the manager Mr Zhou. I was rushing to check out early in the morning and had no time for breakfast. Mr Zhou even took trouble to pack a bread and some eggs from the restaurant for me.
