Very clean, very close to Beijing West train station Nice breakfast, very helpful personnel. Maybe the carpet in the hall.

Close to the train station for early train the next morning. First room smelled of smoke, had ash everywhere and the carpets were stained. Whole property felt dated, dirty and needing a refresh. Room was roasting hot and no aircon could turn on. Nothing was up to international standards. Staff did not speak English.

Oh my goodness the bed and pillows and blanket were soooo comfy. We had planned to maybe walk around after we arrived, but the beds called us to take a nap. This hotel was great for sleeping off jet lag! Breakfast was good.

This hotel exceed our expectations, the room, the general areas and the breakfast were all spot on. But what really was awesome was the helpful front desk staff, Mr Kim (?) on duty 5th evening and Mr Kai Shang on 6th morning. Nothing !
