I like the staff was very kind and helpfull I dislike that they didn't say anything about the swimming pool was close at the time of reservation. I booked this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was under renovation for a long time.

location the service, when we try to keep our baggage in the hotel for a little while(less than 2 hours) we can feel the staff doesn't happy.

Terrible staff and when you ask them something about 5 people start speaking Chinese and then they walk around doing smth completely unrelated and in 10 mins you finally get a response (even true to the small bakery that was at the hotel), could barely speak English, do not provide adaptors,

Great quality furniture, spacious room, jacuzzi in room, swimming pool, sauna... Kind people at the desk all the time, ready to help to solve everything, even if interacting in English had sometimes challanges, the staff was always ready to call a collegue and sort out everything. The room was clean, all the hotel too. Good breakfasf with all kinds of food. People that talk English at the front desk would be nice; but every time they took max a few minutes to have someone there so I never felt frustrated about this. Also, the staff is so so well educated and nice, always.

Location, Staff, comfort and amenities Breakfast Initial advert stated they had an airport transfer. But turns out they just arrange taxis so no direct link to the airport. No English speaking channel n the TV. Had to pay deposit which again not covered on Bookibg.com site and it had to be cash as could not put it on CC used to book the hotel reservation. (although that might have been a translation issue at the check in desk)

Staffs are all very polite and helpful. And if you could WaiMai service (like UBER) the robot carry your food to in front of your room, this must be very fresh experience. Around shower room it stunk like smell of mold. Also, Wi-Fi usage was disgusting, because you can use Wi-Fi only you switch on the TV and every time Wi-Fi connection name and password is changed.

Wi-Fi connection is very difficult for foreigners, because they require cell phone number in China however we don’t have. It’s disgusting, for next trip I’ll use other hotel due to this problem.
