You need to have pool hat to swim there. Otherwise, you should buy expensive ones in the hotel. We couldn’t use pool and spa because of that.

The stuff are so hospitable, kind, caring and friendly. They gave us water on the request, provided extra blanket. Our experience was a great one. Also I really like the fruit tea they offer to guests at the reception. The room was spacious, clean, bathroom was really clean and looked quite renovated. Comfy beds. Location is also great, can take a 40 min walk to the downtown or use any of the subway stations nearby. Everything was perfect.

I booked two rooms and asked to be next to each other, but my request wasn't meet. One of the rooms smells of cigarettes and there were bugs in the bathroom.

Good location, within walking distance of mrt but we use "didi" (uber/grab) to get around. Availability of convenience store and few reasonable price food inside the hotel. Reasonably big room size and competitive room price.

Good room, good beds and good breakfast The wifi was useless and slow everywhere in Beijing. You must use 5G. Be aware of that.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. They gave us our room before the official check-in time, as it was already available. The reception was open 24 hours a day, and the staff was always available. The room was large and had all the necessary amenities. Everything was always very clean. The location was perfect, with two metro lines within about a 10-minute walk. Nothing negative to add.

Breakfast: Very minimal. The chefs could not speak English, and most signs were in Chinese. I could not even order proper noodles. The place was extremely cold, you have to wear warm clothes while eating breakfast. At most two sweets were provided (again so cold), and items eaten by previous guests were not replenished. Every dish was f cold. Location and room: Every night we heard the train passing, and the room was extremely cold. Cold Room: The property gave us a room with windows that are so cold and neither soundproof nor heat-proof. Every night we hear the train passing, and the room was extremely cold. Internet: I used the internet on my SIM, which was also filtered, but at least the speed was okay. The internet there didn’t even have speed while being filtered (which is okay on its own). English: The staff again could not speak english.

1. Location: very close to the Beijing Train Station (about 7 min walk) 2. I was upgraded: got amazing One Bedroom. So it was great, much more then expected! 3. Great apartment, comfy bad, very convenient. 4. Nice and helpful staff 5. It was nice buffet (Hugo style) restaurant , that was look like library actually ? 6. The Hotel is massive and amazing. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The park nearby was a nice cool walk . Breakfast was expansive and delightful. The hotel has multiple food outlet options
