Ground Staff is not conversing English at all and that makes communication very difficult.

Very well located. Staff super nice, great food at the executive hall lounge on the 20th. All very clean. I’d stay there always! The only thing I miss was a Toto toilet lol

Rooms were not able to be arranged on the same level, thus having difficulties to access there each time I want to go over my family's room.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Beds are very comfy This is not the standard level of JW Marriot. The food level is way below standard. They mention there are 2 restaurants but actually Cru Steakhouse was closed. There is no Bar in the hotel. Only a lobby tea arrea. It seems the hotel is targetting more Chinese guests then foreigners. The rooms are ok but can be updated. The atmosphere of the food restaurant is a little standard and the quality of the food is not as good as jn other JW Marriots.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay here wonderful. Even though the hotel was beautiful, the staff still made the biggest impact in providing an enjoyable stay. Nothing

I wish to make a particular mention of Gethin Liu, Guest Relations Manager, who was most pleasant upon checkout. That type of memory upon check out is what makes me want to stay again at Beijing Marriott.
