breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked food and so many choices because my son in law and grandchildren eats western food whereas few of us prefer asian food, absolutely meet our needs. The staffs are very friendly and always there if u need help

As an international traveler, my flight was around mid night and the airport pick up was scheduled around 7:30. But thanks to Mr Mervin, he managed to give us late check out in order to rest before our long flight. Breakfast options to include muslim friendly meals of possible

Breakfast is excellent & offers an array of choices; no one will go hungry, even fussy eaters can find something to eat. The rooms are a little dated and dark but overall, good, the rooms are very clean and spacious

The staff were really. The rooms are outdated. Ours had a really bad smell, carpets were stained. shower had stains. The service levels were good but the rooms require upgrades.

Amazing location and property is beautiful. Probably the best is BREAKFAST offering a large variety of food options, from in house baked goods to hot kitchen a freshly made. International and Chinese. Appreciated the healthy options to get the day started Staff is very kind and professional. The only suggestion is to heat the swimming pool. It was freezing cold ? Otherwise all was amazing

Nothing The hotel is dishonest in its financial dealings and has taken the security deposit I paid without justification. I request that the security deposit be returned to my account.

There is a Walmart, and a mall about 2 avenues away from the hotel. It’s not very walkable to Tian Men Square. Its pool is nice, good for young kids. Morning breakfast is good. I wish there are more restaurants around the hotel and opens late.

Beautiful property! Location was perfect! Metro station within 5 minutes walk. There is a nearby mall right behind the hotel with many restaurants. The staff were great and the room was comfortable and clean! Our room was quiet and big enough for our family of four. The housekeeping staff was super accommodating and friendly during our stay! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Infrastructure in general is good. The lady at the checkout was unfriendly and showed no customer service spirit: no eye contact, no smiles, and no questions about my stay. When I asked for the receipt for the payment (Yes, I had to ask for it), she looked confused and unhappy with the situation. When passing me the sheet, no envelope, no explanation, nothing. I haven't even heard a thank you. She just said “finish”. Very rude. I wouldn't expect this low level of customer service in a JW Marriott. We know we’re in China, but even so. That was a bad farewell.
