Location is good. Staff are nice. Room is spacious. It is easy to miss the hotel as the hotel doesn’t have a name sign on top of the building.

reasonable location, close to metro cleaninless is a major issue. the toilet smells... the shower mirror is showing signes of damage. the walls are peeling... see the photos. Not something you expect at a high profile hotel

Room was spacious and had a nice view. Fairly central location also. Room that we were in had a hot tub which was nice after a long day out. Breakfast was probably one of the best spreads we’ve had in China. Didn’t get much help with tourist attractions at the hotel itself. Concierge gave us a ridiculous price for a day trip to Great Wall so we had to do some searching ourselves.

The room was ok Welcome was awful. They don't have the reservation from booking. I showed the reservation from booking, after 20 minutes they found it. Then they wanted to charge me 409 euros more expensive than the the price of the reservation? 8650 CNY instead of 5550 CNY as per the reservation. The room was great but smelling cigarette. Breakfast a foiod awfull. In basement, no space and dirty I don't recommend this hotel

We enjoyed staying at this hotel and we will miss it. The first impression we had was great, as the staff outside the hotel immediatedly took our luggages when we both checked in and out and they also opened our taxi doors. The staffs overall here are very kind, helpful and always smiling, and the reception man who speaks English left us especially with a great impression. The interior is stunning and the room also met our expectations, which we looked very forward to. Also, the breakfast was really delicious and left us satisfied. We will miss our stay this hotel as we truly enjoyed our short time here! Our room had a faulty bathroom door. It did not close properly so water leaked outside the floor. I also expected more staffs to speak basic English as Sofitel is an international chain, but it was doable with translation app, and it helps that the non-english speaking staffs tried their best to accommodate our needs.

The location is super convenient. I brought my young daughter w me and we travel by train sometimes for the convenience. it is a 5 minutes walk to the subway and very convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel looks a bit dated to me but overall cleanliness is good The gym area was messy and not clean

Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel was close to many restaurants serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. You need to wear a swimming cap in the pool, and the sauna must be used without clothing.

close to the subway stations. food is good. staff is polite. no downward elevators/escalators in all the three subway exits, which makes it extremely difficult for disabled people.

The location is great to connect metro line1 and 2 which links most of inner Beijing areas. The room is HUGE and the bed is so comfortable. Not sure about the breakfast. The coffee was way too cold for my taste as they use cold milk according to one waiting staff. Not many Beijing local food. The pastry was just OK.

It was brilliant. Our room was incredible, the staff were lovely and so welcoming and attentive. We were able to communicate well even though I do not speak Chinese . I was thrilled with my stay here and if I am in Beijing again I will make sure to book this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous room with a circle tub in the room. Ambient lighting that can be colour changed x exceptionally clean and I will definitely reccomend to others ! Thankyou so much for great hospitality and service Nothing could’ve been better it was perfect

Location is good with nice view from the window although rooms are very spacious using is not so convenient. Small bath towels. Badly arranged light over washroom. Squeezing rotable sofa, blocked wheels in the desk chair. Free minibar means 2 x beer + 3 x soft drinks, do not expect any wine.....

Good breakfast and location but rooms are ok. Staff ok does not speak english very well. it was during the forum that the blockage of road made it inconvenient.
