Zhongan Hotel Beijing

Отличный отель. Завтраки нам понравились. В пешей доступности есть станции метро. В номере и ванной было все необходимое для вашего пребывания включая шампуни, мыло, тапочки, зубные щетки, зубные пасты и тд. Каждый день дают бутылки воды, что в жаркие летние дни очень даже кстати. Номера убирают хорошо. Zoey на ресепшене приветливая и всегда отвечал на наши вопросы. Спасибо ей за ее профессионализм и хорошо выполненную работу. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Всем рекомендую этот отель. Excellent hotel. We loved the breakfasts. Metro stations are within walking distance. The room and bathroom had everything you need for your stay, including shampoo, soap, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more. Bottles of water are provided daily, which is very welcome on hot summer days. The rooms are cleaned well. Zoey at reception was friendly and always answered our questions. Thank her for her professionalism and a job well done. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Тамаша қонақ үй. Бізге таңғы ас ұнады. Отель находится на маленькой улице и идти туда пешком ночью может быть немного не удобно. Но в целом район безопасный и у нас не было никаких проблем.

Excellent beds (better than most top hotels) and clean. First impression of having to walk down small alleys to get to it felt like it was going to be a bad location, but in the end it is right next door to a police station and a large kindergarten. We felt very safe walking around. Subway just 5 min walk. The restaurant had excellent breakfast and we also had dinner there at the end of the long days. We unfortunately had very loud neighbors two of the days and sound carried through the hallways. The other two nights were ok, but there is no soundproofing into the hallways. Was not a major issue but if you have any mobility issues make sure to tell them upfront as there is no elevator.

The room was to small. The location was too difficult for taxis to access. We were caught in a traffic jam as we were leaving for the airport.

There was a refrigerator. I went out and bought things to stock it with, and it was barely colder than the room.

Great Location near Beijing Railway Station. Very helpful Staff. Restaurant services, specially in Dinner.

WiFi is so poor. The trains right after the window are always running and it's so noisy in the room 24/7 , everything is shaking because of trains.

It was very central. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable Would have liked more flexible laundry access

I like everything there.. older place, newely renovated with excellent staff. Rooms are small but adequate. Spotlessly clean. For the price you cannot best it. The restaurant caters to western style foods as well as Chines. Its’ close to anything you need including railways and subways just a few minutes walk. In spite of asking them to NOT turn off theA/C when i go out for a while(i’m Canadian what Chinese staff things is a cold spring day a Canadian finds warm and humid i the room) i come back they been in my room without being asked or needed and my AC is off.. it’s never on freezing.. just on low enough to control humidity. The restaurant really really really needs more than one two slice toaster. Chines don’t east toast. They don’t rralize how many EU countries people and westerns are waiting to make toast.. and the one toaster they have is very cheap house model that does not cook well or even.. it’s pretty much junk

It was close to most of the attractions. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Every single staff we came across were very friendly. Thank you for surprising, my brother for his birthday. There is trained noise at night. So if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. The hotel does provide earplugs. The hotel doesn't have elevator. We were on the 4th floor, I almost tripped going down with my luggage. Other than that, everything else was great.
