I like the staff and I liked it that te hotel was very quiet.

Good location, metro and bus stations are close, you can start exploring the city from the promenade around Houhai lake. A 24/7 shop is right at the entrance.

Location and cleanliness

Near shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Good price for what you get. There wasn't any window/ventilation. It seems the room was some sort of improvised room on the ground floor. I guess because I was traveling alone they gave me the smaller/simplest room rather than the regular rooms.

Great Location Fairly specious rooms We lived in 2 different rooms. One was facing internal well, the other - court. Both were very quiet. Smell: 1. Despite hotel being non-smoking, people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it walking the hallway. 2. Don't know why (maybe cleaning person does not change water often) but after they was floor in the room the room stinks so we need to re-wash it ourselves.

The dorm was very spacious, clean, and had privacy curtains and lots of storage space. The staff were very friendly and the common area in the lobby was really nice. A little bit out of the way but still didn’t take long at all to get to the central spots. Well connected with metro, you just will have to walk 10-15 but I didn’t mind. One of the better hostels I’ve stayed in during my trip!

Location and clean All good

Everything is very clean and modern. The staff was also very helpful. The area is lovely. The café offers great space for working and they have fast WiFi. I my bed (room A, bed 3), a low, dampened, vibrating noise could be heard in the bed. I needed earplugs to sleep. I don't know where this came from. Also my curtain couldn't be closed all the way. That was only the case just for my bed in the room. Also there are plenty of metro lines, but a 10 min walk to each of them.

Good location in the local neighbourhoods, nice old city view outside the window. Room is modern, bright and clean. There’s a middle school nearby and they have their jogging break at around 9:30 am every morning. Someone will speak to the students in speakers and the voice can be heard from the hotel room. But it’s not too loud and it’s at 9:30, so it shouldn’t be too annoying.

Modernly designed hostel, well-located on Xinjiekou Street, a 9-minute walk to Ping’anli station and an 8-minute walk to Xinjiekou station. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. First, the laundry room is dirty and could be improved. Secondly, the bathroom door is useless because there are two gaps in the door glass through which you can see the person inside. Also, sometimes the toilet paper runs out and they don't replace it. A bidet is a good solution ✨. Additionally, there is no soap available at the washbasin, and no towels are offered to guests. Moreover, there are no kitchen facilities available.
