The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pools, beach, and kids’ activities were great. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment was that cash disappeared from our room. After that, we no longer felt safe. Housekeeping was inconsistent: sometimes the room was cleaned well, but other times it wasn’t cleaned for days

Nice hotel, good food, great stuff. I really liked the fresh fruits, my girls enjoyed the water slides, even at high season there were no queues anywhere. The territory is small, but there is plenty to do. The night receptionist is ridiculous, he is unpleasant, unprofessional and a bit rude. It is really a shame since most people are lovely and do a great job including other receptionists. I really hope you consider replacing him, if i ever come back to this hotel, I would try to avoid checking at night time.

The service is really top notch! The staff is friendly, the food is varied and delicious, the hotel has direct access to the beach, which is beautifully decorated. A truly ultimate vacation experience. However, if you come with small children, you should be prepared that the hotel does not offer a variety of food for small children. If you are staying for a long time, your child will be fed up eating noodles or French fries for every meal because there are simply no peas, green beans, beans, carrots and other vegetables (without spices) that can be served to children. Those meals that are intended for children (probably also diabetics) are always the same and this is a problem because the children's menu should be varied.

Everything was amazing, the staff was working really hard and they was very kind to us. Many show’s and games where offered and it was a great stay for us we enyojed it really. Thanks Crystal Family? Nothing.

It was ok, unfortunately can't say more. Everything is average. Definitely not 5 stars! The family room was given to us with the "view" on the wall. Felt as "outsider's". The cleaning service depends on the shift - one day was very good, others - can do much better by myself! The buffet is variable but not tasty compared with other Turkish 5 star hotels. The territory is too small. So I can continue with more minuses as with pulses... Unfortunately the level is not for 5 stars. Though I have enough experience in Türkei in other hotels in different places. Not recommended!

Animation team one of best I met. Special thanks to Firat, Ece and Assel. Personnel of hotel always helpful, polite and quick. Food at Italian À la carte restaurant was really nice Hotel definitely needs renovation, especially bedding (mattresses and pillows). Bedding does not correspond to the level of 5 star hotel. The food in the main restaurant was monotonous and tasteless, even in Mexican À la carte restaurant food was not tasty Very small and useless pier, no bar, no sunbeds. Was used only for photos

The property was well equipped for family travel with kids. Great friendly staff with a robust entertainment program in place for both children and adults. They are immensely unsustainable and not eco friendly. at all. They have plastic everywhere at all stations. This hotel is at full capacity, with multiple food stations around the day. can one imagine how much plastic is being use? no refillable water stations as well.
