Clean the staf is good specially the guest relationship and the bar tender in the pool and inside the hotel. 1. I booked for 5 nights and spend 2 nights without air conditioning its was very hot my children couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, several times informed the reception and they said will send you the technical team . 2. I asked for one more blanket from send night they sent after 2 nights. 3. Most of the facilities for the children is not free . But when you book they say its all inclusive

Great hotel for families with children. Everything was clean, the beach was nice with many sunbeds, and the territory was not very big but very convenient. There were many bars, drinks, coffee, ice cream, fast food, pools, slides, Kids Club, shows and animation. Our children really enjoyed the stay. Only the Wi-Fi connection could be easier. It would be better if guests could connect more simply, especially families with children and elderly guests.

Foods, pools, kids activities, rooms. Beach / sea, cleanness of kitchenware, some “unhappy” and “aggressive” staff, not spacious.

The place is very comfortable and the food is very delicious. When they come for cleaning or services, they knock once and then open the door. I wish

Booking.com was not updated to reflect all closures of the low season. We spent there 9 days, it was boring. Common areas were not very clean, for example restroom by the lobby bar. Playground is not safe there, the slide is very rusty. A lot of things covered in plastic throughout the territory.. it was not a good sight.

The food menu is not very varied during this period, with more limited options than you would probably find in high season. In addition, there are not many international drink options

The staff was nice, helpful. We liked the pool. First of all they show it as Belek, but its NOT located in Belek. There is nothing around. Its 16km away from the closest attraction. The food served is almost same every day, taste is really like so so. The alcohol they serve is very cheap alcohol. They dont have proper amenities in the room, only shampoo and conditioner which I strongly believe they put dish soap instead of shampoo. The staff doesn’t serve, so you have to get what you want yourself, which is not common for all inclusive hotel. While we still did enjoy our stay, it didn’t worth the money we paid at all.

— This was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. We booked this hotel via Booking.com for April 9–12, expecting a comfortable family holiday with a small child. Unfortunately, almost nothing matched the hotel’s description. • The kids’ club was completely non-functional. We were told that “the toys were moved outside.” In reality, the so-called play area had just one small construction toy and a book — that’s it. Completely unacceptable for a family hotel. • The indoor pool was ice-cold. Although advertised as heated, the water was freezing — impossible to swim, especially for a child. When we asked the reception why it wasn’t heated, they answered: “Didn’t you ask someone to heat it for you?” — a ridiculous response. • The food was extremely limited. While there were several buffet tables, the actual food was all squeezed into one corner. Just one or two hot meat dishes, very few options overall. It felt like the hotel is heavily cutting costs on food. When we tried to cancel and leave early, the reception staff were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. No one knew anything or wanted to assist. We were told that refunds are impossible because we booked via Booking.com. We had no choice but to stay one more night and leave the next day. But what happened after we left was even more shocking. The hotel manager called me and started yelling aggressively. She called me a liar, accused me of making false claims about the cold pool and lack of toys, and said I had “illegally booked” through Booking.com because it’s “banned in Turkey.” I was absolutely stunned — how is that my responsibility as a guest? If the hotel chooses to be on the platform, that’s their business. She kept shouting at me, insulted me, and then hung up. We submitted a complaint with detailed evidence to Booking.com, but unfortunately, we received no support or refund. If you’re traveling with children — avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our recent stay at the Orange County Family Concept Resort in Belek, Antalya, was another wonderful experience. This was our third visit in three years, and it continues to be a fantastic destination for a family holiday. The friendly and smiling staff truly make the experience memorable—they’re always ready to help and ensure you feel at home. The resort is consistently clean and well-organised, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The children’s program was outstanding, and the team working with the kids deserves special recognition. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Tugilbaeva, whose warmth and professionalism made her an absolute gem for our children. It’s wonderful to know that the little ones are in such capable and caring hands. The food options were enjoyable overall, though as returning guests, we were hoping for a bit more variety this year. Despite this, the dining experience was still pleasant, and we found something to suit all tastes. One thing we wished for, especially when traveling with children, was an alcohol-free hotel option, as these are not always easy to find. That said, we still felt incredibly welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. The Orange County Family Concept Resort has become a family favorite for us, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to families seeking a joyful and stress-free getaway in Belek.

Personnel. However the buffet were similar each meals. There were not many choices for fruits. Even, banana was not available last 2 days. About the building and rooms; a bit worn-out. I felt lack of information about changing bars/services/place at the resort. Because, the concept should be converted to winter season.

Super polite staff. Think i was the most polite and helpful staff from all our travels so far. Sleeping part was not that good. Pillows just bad, very hard to sleep. We arrived at night and asked for blankets, the one we got was dirty and didnt have any cover. Next day we asked for cover, but for some reason next day cleaning lady took one cover from blanked and never returned back. It was off the season so cant comment food, pool and beach.
