The place is wonderful and overall, a great experience. We rated it 8 out of 10, not 10, due to one issue we encountered upon arrival. We had booked a sea view room but were given a standard room instead. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, they denied it, claiming that Booking.com had not requested a sea view room on our behalf. Aside from that, the location is fantastic, with a beautiful beachfront. The facilities include a large swimming pool, a water park for children, and another water park for older guests. The food was excellent, with nearly 24-hour availability, and the staff were amazing. The reception team needs to be more careful in how they approach customers, especially upon arrival. Additionally, when a customer provides information about their booking, it should be taken seriously, rather than simply responding with "You booked through Booking.com, and we can't confirm your claim."

•Night Programs & Shows! •It was not clean at all! We had to change the first room because the toilet was so dirty! But the second room was also not clean! So I cleaned it myself!! •Tables & chairs at the see were not clean! •Wifi & Internet was so weak! •Dishes at the Restaurant were also not clean! And the Personnel didn’t care about it!

You literally do not need to leave the property everything you need is there. The pools are clean except for some sand in the main pool from people coming from the beach side. Food is varied and delicious. I had a great experience definitely coming back It is a bit far from the center and the transportation is a bit expensive. Otherwise everything was perfect and you really do not need to leave the place

The water park was great. The pianist at night time was good, too. The staffs were working hard and always busy especially during those peak hours at the restaurant and cocktail bars. The mini club has drop off service which sounds helpful. The canteen was overloading during meal time and people had to fight for a seat, which is not an expected experience for a 5 star resort. The facilities were out of date The air conditioner in the room works funny that the room could hardly have a pleasant temperature. The receptionist were always too busy to be helpful.

Spacious and clean family rooms. Very good events at night for kids and adults. One bathroom for a family rooms isn't enough. Aqua park tend to be crowded and work only 5 hours a day… Same food over and over. Kitchen isn’t great to be honest and coffee is absent. Price is high after all for what you get and also for how far this resort is!

Resort was lovely with everything you needed. Food options were great and available 24hr The music in the evening was not good.being English we didn't understand any of it making it hard to be able to be involved.

We went to relax and it was a very relaxing atmosphere the first 4 days. Then it got very busy with familys. There was still enough room for everyone. Enough sunbeds . The food was amazing. Could of done with more variety of drink. When we went 6 years ago. You got bottled beers and different wines. Now its draft beer and one make of wine in red whire rose. should have an an aults only pool area. Too many screeming kids. Could also do with a kettle in the room. I brought my own. I like a coffee before getting dressed for breakfast.

Free ice creams and drinks, Shops in the resort are too expensive, chrips and biscuits cost me 25 pounds in sterling.

24/food and drink! The range of food offered was great something for everyone to eat. Great cocktails too. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you could want from a resort! Had a small market/shops out side. The entertainment was great! lots of things for the kids to do. The Turkish bath was amazing too. Highly recommend! Lots of water slides and different pool areas was a bonus. Both indoor and outdoor. Our room was right outside an elevator so could hear people outside. Our shower was blocked which caused the bathroom floor to get flooded. But they sorted that out super quickly. They did offer us to change rooms but we were happy to stay as we had settled in our rooms already. You couldn't get the full range of cocktails at all the bars. You had to go inside to the lobby instead. So not ideal if you just wanted to chill by the pool and use the pool bar.

Greatl place and lots of activities for the family Got harassed by putting jelly cups on our room door and our room was searched while we where away on a trip. The hotel said they didn't have cameras on the corridors so they don't know who did it. We needed to change rooms and leave with a bad taste.
