Aydinbey Famous Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Staff at the bar Room was clean Good value for money Reception manager was very rude when we checked in unacceptable way to talk and i want come again specially for the situation that happened with me Food was below average and staff start taking out food from buffet 20 min before the time so if you come late you wont find food or drinks

After 3 nights at Aydınbey, we were so pleased, we extended our time a few more nights. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were well cleaned and the property was kept neat. The restaurant, bars and snack bars were satisfying. The property goes directly to the beach, so no need to walk or to wait for a shuttle transfer. The entertainment was enjoyable. Overall we fully recommend this hotel and will likely come back again. Parking could be a problem, since you have to park on the street. A bit of a drive from the city center, but there are plenty of shops and markets in the area.

The stuff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I loved the gozleme. The food in the restaurant wasn't very diverse, but we were still able to always find something to eat. For the price it's fine. The drinks were okay. The entertainment was fun

To start with, I believe those who named it all inclusive ultra have never been to such resorts. Let's start with all the marketing schemes that they exploit the children with at the kid's club by offering them to paint a t-shirt and pay 15€ for it and then during the night show making other children who didn't pay the fee jealous by giving out medals and gratifying those who did. Next would be the 1€ popcorn and the 3€ orange juice along with other similar schemes. It gets more interesting that if you want to schedule your dinner at their 2 a la carte restaurant, your booking should not be less than 7 nights to get that privilege. A 20-ish meter pool that has the same depth in any of its circular corners, which makes it congested and non practical for children. Next comes the buffet consisting of the same thing over and over again, with pieces of cheese cut for cattle and not people, reheated pastries and bakeries or recycled products that they present as salads. In addition to all of that, dirty towels and drapes, uncomfy beds, no sound isolation, humid carpets and rusty gym equipment. Wouldn't advise it to anyone

However, the hotel itself is quite small and doesn’t offer many activities. The pool is also small. I had an issue with the booking — I booked directly through the hotel because I sent them message via whatsapp and their price was just slightly cheaper than Booking.com(refundable price), and they made it seem like the booking was refundable. But it turned out it wasn’t, and the refund process was impossible. I strongly recommend not booking directly with the hotel, as the process was misleading and not transparent. They stopped answering my messages and the hotel manager wasn't cooperating with me so please be careful, I will never go there again.

The hotel is small, but all the must-have things are in place: sea, swimming pool, stage, mini-club for children, spa, a la cart restaurants, water sport station. The sea side is good, the sun beds are not old, the sea entrance is comfortable. The room is ok, big enough, TV has many channels in different languages. Not enjoying animation, something is happening the whole day but nobody is bothering you badly, they just announce an activity and start. - bad choice of food (but anyway we were able to find at least one pleasant dish at each meal time) - too soft beds and pillows - weak Wi-Fi (not for work) - room view (it`s not to a garden or sea, it`s just onto other rooms opposite and a roof of a closed gallery which is one floor lower)

Fantastic, all-inclusive resort in Belek. You have a choice of the beach or the pool but as many resorts with significant European guests, you find that they drape a towel over a sun lounge to reserve it and the disappear for the day. Food and drinks included, and the choice of foods was excellent. Drinks of all sorts start at about 10.00am and continue all day. Staff and very outgoing and friendly. Whilst the resort is all inclusive, there is not much in the area to walk to.

It’s a small resort i were in another resort last year located in Belek at was a wonderful compared to this resort I like the show night, the staff were friendly

The food was everyday the same food the offered which I didn’t like it about the hotel!

The hotel was nice, breakfast was great and other meals were ok. They definitely need to upgrade their entertainment. Not much to do at the hotel other then lounge around.

Some rooms need renovation, especially windows - we heard everything that was happening outside even with closed windows. It is allowed to smoke everywhere outside: pool, beach, terrace, etc. It’s probably not about this specific hotel though, but about the location in general.

A la carte restaurants even in the day time, the variety of foods, staff was so polite and nice, and value for money, I would definitly recommend this hotel

I absolutely loved your animation team Vacations are all about the animations and fun and Recep and Furkan were For sure amazing at that Because of them we didn’t wanna leave the resort I have never met animators that are from the heart, sincere lovely, caring, and real , fun And they go above and beyond to make You happy And also staff in the main restaurant were so friendly and caring as well This hotel was maybe not the most Luxurious hotel I have ever stayed but definitely the most sincere friendly happy and cozy place Your Front desk people in the lobby need to be little bit more helpful, Friendly and caring With the room Options And attitude Your food quality could be better And your customers service could be more personable and engaging

Wifi was weak

Compared to other vacation destinations that we have visited over the years, the food was below average, not exceptional. Nothing to be liked in this place. The front office staff were very nonprofessional, especial their manager. She was very rude and impolite to us. She was yelling at us. I had to stop her from harassing my family.

Nothing. It is perfect.

We loved the variety of the food and with a little child (almost 2 years old) it is great having a lot of different food options. As well cooked vegetables, rices, fries, pasta etc. We think it is value of money if you do not expect something special! And the staff were really super friendly! Unfortunately the reception gave our booked room to another family so they gave us a bigger room it was a family room in the next building and on the ground floor. The floor of the room was not clean at all, and it took us 2 days until they cleaned like we have communicated (we only stayed for 4 nights). As well the room was located very close to the smoking area and therefore many tourists stayed in the night in this area and it was very loud. We could hear every single conversation and in one night it stopped at 3.30am! Additional to all that we could hear the neighbors above us very clear and when they watched TV it was like, we are in the middle of their room! So room #4001 I would not recommend at all!
