We enjoyed the entire experience. All the staff were extremely hardworking and attentive to all our needs. My personal assistant, Aisia, was most helpful and attentive with the couple of minor issues that I had during my stay. My whole family was most impressed and happy during our stay!!!

The only thing I didn't like about the resort was that smoking is allowed everywhere. It was difficult to find a spot near the pool and the beach to avoid smokers. I booked the resort because of the kids' club and because it is family-friendly. I didn't expect smoking to be permitted on the property. I will not recommend it to my friends and family, and I will not return.

Heavenly place. The hospitality here is beyond exceptional. Welcomed us and the kids warmly. The staff are all amazing starting from our Arabic assistants Tamara & Mehtab, also Tayfun, they all kept communication on point. Kids Club was another great place the children never wanted to leave there. The food selection and quality is excellent, Khalil always welcomed us when we arrived. The spa, I was with Fatimah and she took good care of me. There was also professional photographers on site, we worked with an Arabic speaking photographer for family pics, he was amazing. Finally, check-out went smoothly and on time. Check-in took some time. At the kids club., i wished there were Arabic speaking caregivers, and an Arabic Teddy book. Some areas could use better a/c like the 24/7 restaurant. At the aqua slides, there were not enough sliding donuts especially the double type, and most guests seemed greedy and not giving turns.

Landscaping, size, pools and slides Low number of sun beds, it’s always a struggle to find one on pools and beach. Also, the food was good, but not great, the variety was good but the quality and taste was average. Eggs on multiple days were overcooked and burned from the bottom. Service during meals time wasn’t as expected, it was slow and we almost always had language barriers as not all staff clearly understand English.

Amazing facilities for kids. Beautiful garden and pools. Good service, excellent fish at the restaurant. We loved the ice cream and macarons. The extra charge for taxis (paid double the price from hotel to airport vs from the airport to the hotel).

The hotel really had a very varied and powerful children's area and children's programme. The territory was clean and the range of services and facilities was impressive. We had serious problems with immediate service. Our door cards stopped working on the second day of our stay and the problem could not be fixed, repeatedly more than 10 times each day being left behind the door was an unpleasant experience. Normally the hotel will respond to such inconvenience and compensate for the damage, but this opportunity only arose after talking to the management. However, we were only staying at the hotel at the beginning of the season, and the expectation is that such situations are learned from.

We stayed one week before Easter. We had a family lagoon Appartement. Which was perfect with two boys sleeping in a separate room. Overall it is a great hotel and I think ideal for families. A high level of service and spacious areas to relax. A heated pool outdoors and one indoors which was great for the April season. We used the SPA, beach canapé, kids pool also heated and club was great. Overall for a week of getting some sun and relaxing time, it is the best experience we have had. We can recommend the Ela without hesitation and wish all who stay there a wonderful time!
