Spacious rooms Very comfortable bed 7/24 working AC was a marvel Due to the high occupancy of the hotel, it was challenging to capture the attention of the staff. Consequently, they appeared somewhat dissatisfied. Also, if you anticipate ever needing a computer, it is advisable to bring your own, as the nearest computer is approximately 5 kilometers from the hotel.

The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience at the Susesi resort over our 8-night stay there. The deluxe room was large and very comfortable, the food was generally very good and diversified, with different cuisines every night, the (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverages served at the bars were also very good and offered many options, the facilities available in the resort (outdoor sports, gym, swimming pools, game room etc.) were numerous such that we did not have any reason to leave the hotel throughout our stay. Most importantly, all the staff members were amazingly kind, friendly and helpful, and they accommodated all our needs, including an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our vacation even better and that we really appreciated. The free wi-fi service often did not provide a stable connection, at least in our room and some other areas, however the mobile data connection was good throughout the resort so we did not view this as an issue.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment that we arrived. The accommodation was excellent, the beds were comfortable and cleaning services were good. An excellent and varied choice of high-quality food and impeccable service. The spa facilities were of a high standard, and the treatments were very good. Plenty to keep our teenage children occupied and very enthusiastic entertainment staff. Free transfers to and from golf resorts, which was also very useful. I would recommend this hotel to any family and will happily return. There really was to much to fault and was great value for money.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world—including in the U.S.—and I always thought the best customer service could only be found there. But Susesi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member was polite, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the size of the Turkish bath—it could’ve been slightly bigger. However, everything else was so wonderful that it far outweighed this small detail. I sincerely thank the hotel management and the guest relations team for such a memorable and pleasant stay. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Good value for all inclusive We could’t have the AC on in March, so room was a bit too warm to sleep in. Not a lot to do there in March and food options were limited but it was quiet season - will just know this for the next time.

Staff were lovely. Incredibly warm reception & made us feel so relaxed. We celebrated a birthday & they made it so special. Food was delicious. We booked a suite that was perfect, room 1528. Tried the Italian A la carte that was superb. Delicious food & awesome spa. Elisa, Indra & Desi were simply magnificent in the spa ~ their Turkish spa & massage was amazing & so worth the money. It’s a safe place for all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. No complaints at all Nothing - service was excellent

We checked in and checked out, after leaving the staff called us saying that the room wasn’t paid for, they reached out while in in the airport and got to pay via bank transfer which cost us 30 EU, its good to note we paid for spa fees while checking out and handed over the room access card.

The staff was very helpful, and the food was good. We enjoyed our time there and want to revisit it.

A lot of things to do and there live entertainment at night. Facilities was great

Facilities are good but the food was repetitive and unimpressive The staff were rude and very condescending. Stay was awful and left early

Reserved a Triplex Unit for my family and cleaning service was disappointing. Unit was not cleaned as per my expectations ☹️

Staff was excellent, most went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check in process was the best we had up until now, we felt pampered. We will definitely return Green areas were generous and very well maintained. Themed restaurants were good, our favourite was Casia. (Asian) Entertainment was a very nice surprise, exceeded our expectations. The resort is quite large, so there were a few corners that were a bit worned out.
