Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities There weren’t any negative points about the hotel but we went into Belek and didn’t like that much as every shop was the same.

Pools, food , the beach and the staff Furniture of the room

Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes! The room is a little dated and might need some modernisation. The air-conditioning in the room could be cooler.

Swimming pools for all ages, variety of food, plenty of sunbeds Big varieties of fresh and amazing Fruits and Veggies all day spa center with multiple options for massage and hamam Quite rooms - perfect for families with small children (we were far enough from music etc.) Rooms are very very old, that its even very humid in the rooms, ventilation very old and dirty There is definitely lack of lightening in the rooms Room cleaning service was bad (towels were taken, but new one was not given on time, shampoo was not renewed at all even after we called the reception), towels and sheets are old, grey and with holes, making general impressions uncomfortable Food offering is quite diverse, but not much of meat and fish, mainly smith like potatoes and macarons

The staff that worked in the restaurant and in the bars. The hotel is nowhere near 5 star, rooms are very poor and very very outdated, balcony was very small and bathroom was poor, water temp was up and down during showers, room service didn’t come everyday, mini bar wasn’t done every day, stains and marks all around the room, the floors were dirty and furniture was stained. Food was very very average and definitely not a 5 star hotel compared to many others I have stayed in.

A lot of the staffs at restaurants, cafes, bars were nice and reliable. The buildings are also nicely decorated, creating a nice atmosphere. Buffet meal was OK, the vegetables were nice. Our room had zero sound proof, and the music from the bar or the stage was too loud in the night time. The quality of buffet meals was below our expectation. Turkish cuisine was quite nice, but other cuisine menu were not good at all (especially the sushi !). The housekeeping staffs kept providing us insufficient number of towels, never gave us slippers, never picked up our laundry, and customer relations person was not nice. The extra beds (sofa beds) were really uncomfortable, so avoid the rooms with extra beds.

Amazing location, incredible food and variety of activities. Very kids friendly. This was my third time there with my two kids and I absolutely enjoyed it to the max. I love everything about the place.

The only good thing about this resort is the waterpark for children. I recently stayed at the “5-star resort” Paloma Grida and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The rooms were dirty, with visible dust and stains on the Beds and furniture, the towels have very stinky smell. The air conditioning barely worked, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The food was terrible – bland, cold, and definitely not what you'd expect from a luxury resort. The pool was also a letdown, it was dirty and the water was hot and not well-maintained. Considering the high price, this resort is definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, our second visit here. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. We appreciated how helpful the staff was with our food restrictions, offering good lactose and gluten-free options. The water pools were very nice and the service was great. When we had a problem with our flight, the hotel management helped us a lot, which we really valued. One thing to note: Antalya in June can be very hot, reaching 42°C. It wasn't comfortable to walk outside in this heat. But the pools were perfect for cooling off, and the air conditioning in the public areas and rooms worked well, keeping the indoor temperature comfortable.
