Spice Hotel & Spa All Inclusive

Friendly and helpful staff, amazing food with the best variety I’ve ever seen, beautiful and well-maintained hotel grounds! Guests can only leave the hotel on foot. Taxis are not allowed to pick up guests at the hotel due to the hotel’s management, which was confirmed to us by local taxi companies. The air conditioning in our room never worked, even though we reported the issue several times. Unfortunately, it was never fixed during our stay.

The furniture is a little bit outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the money, and we were very happy with our stay. The only minor downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the airport. Also, our room was usually cleaned between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, which unfortunately was the time we liked to return to the room and rest. It would have been better if the housekeeping schedule had been a little more flexible. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pleasant space, rather good food, good beach, clean rooms When you pay 650 euro per night you expect that air conditioner should work properly. Not this time. Hotel is old and needs renovation

It is not fully operational, many sections are either closed or off. I had different expectations about full board/all inclusive, it is poor from this perspective. Also there is no much entertainment during the day unlike other resorts with the same concept. Also location is very far from the city center.

So many things need to be improved

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Spice Hotel, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I like to thank all the staff for their hard work and excellent hospitality! Sonya and Yusuf at the à la carte, service was truly unmatched! Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was spot on. You can really feel how much pride the staff takes in what they do. From the warm welcome at the door to the excellent chef recommendations, they made the whole evening feel like a special occasion. The same at the main restaurant at the Spice Hotel. Also had incredible attention from Birfen at the guest service. Thank you all so much. Not much entertainment, the hotel offers a genuinely quiet, relaxing, and stress-free environment.

Staff, food, entertainment fir kids

The hotel is situated away from the town and has its own private beach and watersport centre. The staff are great, always asking if you are having a good time and enjoying your self and if there is anything they can do for you. we had a sea view, which I would strongly recommend and a small balcony. The mini bar is topped up daily with soft drinks and two cans of beer. Water is also provided everywhere. The food is seemingly limitless at the main, buffet style, restaurant. There are also four a la carte restaurants, three of which we ate at. To be honest we would have eaten at them every evening if they had been open. It appears that people refused to pay the 30 Euro surcharge for the priviledge, which is an absolute bargain for the quality of dining provided. As they require a minimum number to open we couldn't eat there every night. The cleaning team are always working, big shout out to Aysha who looked after our room. We had an after dinner drink in the lobby bar every night and were ably looked after by Rehmi who was an absolute star. To be honest, and trying not to be critical in this overly sensitive era we are living in, the other guests. The demographic seems to be mainly from the soviet era countries, very few Europeans or Americans and few Brits. Their lack of what we would consider to be good manners and boorish behaviour grates after a while and is the only reason we would not be returning to this splendidly run hotel, which is a shame, but at our age, 70 ish, we feel we are entitled to indulge ourselves in our opinions.

Great hotel with great spa.

The indoor swimming pool was not hot enough frim time to time. There was a small indoor kids room but comparing to the total size of the resort that kids room was really small with very limited gaming facilities. The took a sea view room. The room was good but the central air conditioner produced only heat during the winter season. So if you are from a country like Germany you may expect cold air instead of hot air in ±18 degree Antalya winter.

Great view from room , food is delicious. Spa is open always without pre booking , helpful staff at the reception 1. AC was on heat and u cant adjust it , we were forced to sleep with window open to have a cold breeze inside our room 2.food is repetitive specially at breakfast. 3.aqua park only opens 4 hours not continuous through day .. 4.beach should be cleaner

Swimming pool and amazing food. I want to congratulate the kitchen staff. I felt staff was not so friendly in the bar areas. I think they were overwhelmed by all the demands. Lobby bar service non existent. Room was not made twice in 6 days of stay.

The all-inclusive food was very good. • The ice creams were absolutely delicious. • The waffles with fruits, Nutella, or ice cream on top were a real treat. • The rooms were amazing – spacious and comfortable. • The pool was huge, clean, and perfect for relaxing or swimming. • The bars were always lively and full, which created a nice atmosphere. • The night shows were entertaining, especially the DJ on African Night – he was amazing, and everyone loved him. • The beach was sandy, clean, and very relaxing. The beach bar food was only average. • There weren’t enough non-alcoholic drink options. • Room service was not so good. • The DJ on Wednesday, 20/8 was really disappointing – no one danced. • There were lots of bugs in the dinner area outside. It was so bad we couldn’t sit long, and I think they should add lights or solutions to keep bugs away.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. We enjoyed our stay, especially the dessert selection, which was very good. The staff were helpful, solution-oriented, and very professional. The hotel’s activities were sufficient and enjoyable for us. There was no cocktail menu, and each bartender prepared drinks differently, which made them quite weak in taste. The main restaurant had limited meat options; salmon was almost never available and could only be found among the cold appetizers. The grill section was also insufficient. The pool was clean but the water was too warm; adding ice, as done in other hotels, could be a good idea. At the beach, there was no path between the sand and the pier, so walking barefoot on the hot sand was uncomfortable. A platform over the sand would make it much more convenient. The à la carte restaurants had limited menu options, high prices, and additional charges, so we decided not to use them. Overall, while the hotel’s general service and desserts were very good, I believe there is room for improvement in drinks, the main restaurant’s variety, the pool, and the beach facilities.

Cleanness was below average. The rooms needs heavy renovations. The walls were so thin that you can literly hear evey sounds from your neighbors! The room never cleaned properly, there were an underwear from the previous guests in our room which was never took away despite our communication with the geust relationship services twice! We asked for a towel and glasses, we never recieved them (even after 3 times follow-ups). The most horrible part of the hotel was language barrier. Although 5star hotels should know how to perform in English but the main language there was Russian and then Turkey. It was very hard to communicate with the hotel staffs especially my child in the kids club so she couldn't attend and enjoy most of the events. At the checkout, the gentleman charged me 165.02 euro for the SPA right away even without asking about our stay (due to the same language barrier). It's a bit off that even the receptionists can't handle customers from English speaking countries, on the other hand they even charge that 2cent for the SPA. I hope atleast the management use that for some English classes.

The hotel's facilities are amazing. A giant pool with multiple bars. Adjacent private beach. Water slides for adults and kids. Pretty good quality and diversity of food options included in all-inclusive pricing at main restaurant. The rooms are spacious but could benefit from a little upgrading. Limited pool space for kids where the depth was below 4 feet.
