Voyage Belek Golf & Spa Hotel

Just about everything! Full service to include all inclusive bar & snack services either from your place at the beach or hotel room! Extremely friendly personnel & very good food offered in the all their dining facilities! 2 things were somewhat frustrating: 1. The back door to our terrace by the pool always got stuck once locked! It took playing around with the lock switches several minutes to open. 2. The sink stand in the upper floor bathroom is on 4 legs that are dangerously positioned, I seriously damaged my small toe while using that facility in the middle of the night!

Their rooms was comfortable, super clean, nice rooms. They assign assistan , they take care for everything day/night, special thanks to Faig and Servenaz - they were asking everyday if need smtng. Activities was enjoyable, entertainment staff very friendly. Pastry and choclate store was perfect. Food quality could be better , especially sheep meat meals. there is extra service charge for Alacart restaurants , which should not be taken

Voyage Belek is a facility we have visited before. Once again, we had a peaceful and comfortable holiday as we expected. I would say it is time to change the bed in the room we stayed in. Apart from that, I was surprised that there were no bathrobes for men in our room.

Fantastic hotel. We had the best time from the beginning till the end. Excellent service, specially hard working staff from accommodation. Thanks to Narilya we had very clean room every day. She was so much attentive to details. We also would like to note three people from Guest Relation: Tanju, Emrah and Ferdi. They were always ready to help with all our questions. And thanks to all the hotel staff. The food was outstanding, the pastries, coffee. Excellent! Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful resort, cozy and enjoyable for walk. We will definitely come back. Our room was 1334, holiday from 23rd till 30th March 2025

Great design with sea views. Our deluxe 5 floor room had a lovely big balcony with hot tub. The check in process was great and efficient. Greeted with champagne and lovely welcome flower bouquet and fruit bowl in the room. Great use of wattsapp group with personal assistants. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the winter schedule so the heated outdoor pool was packed so unable to get a sunbed by the pool. Also only a few restaurants were open of which 2 were also closed on Sunday so the choice was very limited. The spa allowed children unlimited access so the pool was busy with children of which none used the Children’s pool. Also children and mothers with babies were using the steam and saunas.

Staff were very helpful and the food was excellent, and choices very good ? Nothing

One of the best hotels I've ever been! There are so many great things about Voyage, but I'd highlight one: its staff. They give an impression that they genuinely care about every guest, and it shows in a big things and in a very small details. It was especially visible during New Year celebration; I was amazed how well the staff was prepared, and how cheerful and nice they were, despite being obviously very busy with their work. It's not only staff though - the hotel is modern, comfortable, very clean, territory is big and very green. Food is great, you can find everything you love. We loved spa - nice to spend time during the winter season. Highly recommend this hotel! This is not a critique, but keep in mind - this is very big hotel, with several buildings and a lot of quests. It doesn't feel crowded, but still, something to keep in mind when you plan your vacation.

Family friendly hotel, everythink was wonderfull!

Food, drinks, service, facilities all very good.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent service, it is already very good by default, but if you have any extra needs personal assistant will fix it for you. These are small nitpickicks, which do not affect overall experience, just want to pass this feedback to the hotel: - toilets in mini club need more frequent cleaning - pool in the indoor spa is colder than outdoor, it would be nice to make it a bit more warm inside - rooms have very little storage space for small items. There are night stands and that's it. Additional small table or chest of drawers would be nice, otherwise any free space turns into a pile of things, which you cannot place anywhere else. I had to move phone under the bed just to fit my laptop somewhere.

We liked the very friendly staff, the food, the gym, the fantastic aqua park which the kids loved and the excellent location. The beach proximity was really lovely and there were plentiful beds by the pool and beach. We didn’t like the very cold swimming pool that we just couldn’t go in, the loud music which consistently blared out around the pool all day (despite us requesting for it to be reduced). We are convinced the alcohol is watered down (not that we drank that much) but cocktails were sometimes disappointing, also the champagne and prosecco were unfortunately always flat.

Great spot for a family vacation! The staff was very helpful and friendly! check-in / check-out was a breeze! The main buffet area is very congested. During dinner hours it’s difficult to find an available table and many kids are running around. I saw a few times that a child dropped the utensils/tongs on the ground and set it back into the buffet line.

The employees are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are serviced twice a day which is a really good point(optional). It's not something I didn't like, but it's a point that could be improved; all a la carte meals are paid (except for the Turkish restaurant). There weren't many options for lunch.

Exceptional

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was great and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. It may not suit all tastes but I couldn't even try everything I wanted to. The patisserie was a delightful surprise, offering a range of delicious pastries and desserts that were simply irresistible. It was a high season and I hope that it stays the same around the year. Cause I consider revisiting this hotel when I am too bored of work. The room was big enough for us as a couple. It was comfortable and AC was working well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would like to endorse several people from the staff. I almost never do that but they work hard and deserve it: Bartenders Orhan & Emre Can Waiters Tahir & Can and one more person whom I can't remember his name. Keep up the good work! Lastly I want to thank our v. assistant Mr. Ferdi Direkci for everything he did. There have been teeny-weeny issues not worth mentioning. Talk to the personnel and consider the problem gone!
