Spectacular design, good cuisine, plenty of local food. There is a 24 hour restaurant too. Great staff, loved the warmed outdoor pools, and aqua parks, especially for spring stay it was a huge plus. Exceptionally good experience with Spa and massage. The masseur is very skilled and professional, I felt my body released so much stress and tension over 90 minutes therapy, I got really relaxed. Morning yoga was amazing. Loved the high quality natural mats, the yoga place and very calming atmosphere.

The food was amazing and the staff very friendly I didn’t like that we didn’t get what we booked. Ethos Ekrem & Sinem did everything for us to make us feel better and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted.

One of the biggest highlights of our stay has been Ethno Kiddo— a truly special place that goes beyond the usual kids' club. It feels like a mini KidZania, filled with thoughtful activities designed to support children’s development through creativity, role play, and learning. Whether it's baking, arts and crafts,or imaginative play, every corner is built with care and purpose. It's a dream spot for families looking for a balance between fun and meaningful engagement for their kids. What made the experience truly special for us was the incredible Ethno Kiddo team. A heartfelt thanks to Maria, who had a remarkable way of connecting with our kids making them feel instantly comfortable and genuinely excited to join every activity. Her warm attitude, constant smile, and thoughtful attention made all the difference. Our little ones looked forward to seeing Maria and the rest of the Kiddo staff every day. Each one of them brought warmth, patience, and positive energy that created a joyful and safe space. They didn’t just entertain — they understood the kids, encouraged their creativity. We’re truly grateful for the whole team behind Ethno Kiddo. Also a big thank you to Nur , Batuhan and Ece always kind, helpful, and full of positive energy throughout the resort. Their support and friendly presence made our stay feel extra comfortable and memorable. Clean, good facilities Too slow service (was waiting for 6 hours till a problem with my reservation was solved, the staff didn’t do anything to help till I paid extra), a bit overpriced

Back at Ethno Hotel for the second time — and once again, completely in love with this place. This isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience. From the Bottega champagne at check-in to the best-in-class restaurant and room service, everything is designed for pure comfort and luxury. Ethno is all about outstanding service and top-tier quality — especially when it comes to food and drinks. Expect premium cocktails, expensive whiskies, and refined cognacs in a setting that feels exclusive and welcoming. The two beach bars, elegant patisserie, and dedicated cigar room only elevate the experience. For families, the kids club is a dream — packed with activities and entertainment for children of all ages, so parents can unwind and enjoy all that Ethno has to offer.

My family’s stay at Ethno Hotel Belek was deeply disappointing. While the hotel has potential, poor management and unprofessional incidents overshadowed everything. 1. Misleading Room Booking: Despite reserving a sea-view room, we were assigned a forest-view room without prior notice. Despite daily complaints, no solution was offered. Staff claimed no alternatives were available, even though the hotel seemed underbooked. 2. Ongoing Construction & Closed Facilities: Several amenities (restaurants, pools) were partially closed, some due to ongoing construction. While minor renovations are understandable, the lack of communication or compensation for guests paying full price was frustrating. 3. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The most shocking incident occurred at the beach restaurant. Two waiters physically fought directly next to our table. My wife, fearing for our children’s safety, immediately left the area with them. When I reported this to our assigned supervisor, Ekrem, he showed no urgency or empathy. Only after escalating the issue did the Assistant Manager apologize, calling it an "isolated incident." 4. Neglected Basics: - Dirty Cutlery/Plates: Stained utensils in the restaurants. - Cold Pools: Only one small pool was heated. - Ekrem’s Incompetence: Our assigned supervisor failed to address any concerns, from the room issue to the fight. His lack of initiative worsened our experience. The Only Positive: The Assistant Manager’s apology was a small gesture of accountability, but far too little, too late. To Families & Future Guests: This hotel is not child-friendly due to unpredictable staff behavior and unresolved safety concerns. The lack of competent supervision (e.g., Ekrem’s passivity) makes problem-solving nearly impossible. Stay Date: April 2025

A great high-level hotel that exceeded all expectations. The design is tasteful and refined — no trace of typical Turkish kitsch. The furniture is expensive, stylish, and beautifully fits a boho aesthetic, adding a sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, speaking both English and Russian, and provide a truly high level of service. The food is excellent and of very high quality. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of thoughtfully arranged activities for children. Everything is well-designed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium vacation experience at a still relatively affordable price.

I really liked that the hotel is very well suited for families with children. There are great playgrounds and kids’ entertainment centers. It’s a very family-friendly hotel. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Next, I’d like to mention what we didn’t like. The air conditioner in our room stopped working from the second day and remained out of order for two days. The indoor pool was also quite small, and when the weather outside was cool, it became overcrowded. We were also not satisfied with the service of the reservation call center.

The staff are great and they try to do there best to accommodate all you needs . Still need improvement operationally facing miscommunication issues all along departments that cost our frustration during our stay .

It is modern and the design is great, great Italian ala cart, people are nice, room is beautiful They shut down all outside area/beach in December and said because of the weather but hotels next door had beautiful beaches and ethos was dirty outside and had construction site, kids club outside was closed, water in the pools not warm, no champagne, they are saving on everything, construction site

All superlative words!! The two assistant managers Imane and Asiyeh did a wonderful job! Highly recommend this resort Everything is perfect, so there is nothing at Ethno that you don't like!!

Brand new hotel, big modern rooms, a lot of space inside hotel, food is absolutely delicious, a lot of restaurants and cafes, great SPA Experience, brand new gym with professional equipment, amazing kids club, interesting evening shows, free tennis court in case you have own rockets and balls, rather good Wi-Fi for working if needed A bit small outside territory, not enough sun-beds on the beach, no heating in outdoor pools (cold in start of October), too much Russian music on disco.

Everything! It is far the best hotels in Belek. Cannot even compare to many others we visited before. Completely new, very high stadarts in everything - from the plastic glasses for drinks at the beach to the best quality of food products, fruits, vegetables and so on. Rich variety of food in the main restaurant, very comfortable 24/7 a la carte Nomos restaurant, with an incredible breakfast selection. Overall the service was just perfect. At Nomos restaurant the staff was very professional! When we asked if they can prepare a special dish for my 3-years old daughter, they just confimred in couple of minutes "It's preparing!". Amazing! We did not encountered any single issue. Everything was absolutely perfect. Definetely a top hotel and fingers crossed that this high level is not just during the opening period. Looking forward to be back th Ethno! Maybe I would suggest to work on beach policy. The guests tend to occupy sunbeds from early morning and at 10 you cannot find any avaiable one. We face a situation when a family of 6 occupied 11 (eleven!!!) sunbeds just in case ... Of course it's not a hotel issue, but some improvement are needed here.
