The suite we booked was incredible, the hot tub, the room size was great. More bars in the evening would have been appreciated but the time of year meant just the main bar opened up for all guest.

Amazing entertainment, super friendly and professional staff. Felt like home. Luxury for all inclusive offering. Fabulous space and beaches… no complaints whatsoever Nothing! Wow.. a little far from the mall but who wants to go there anyway?

The Resort - it was perfect! The pools, the restaurants, the bars, beach and facilities, everything was just amazing. Staff were super friendly, food and drinks were delicious. Family friendly resort, however also perfect for couples The rooms are a bit outdated and have a 70's/80's look to them. Staff were amazing, however I felt that the ones dealing directly with guests (waiters/bar/answering telephones) need a bit of training in speaking English, as we found most did not understand basic questions or requests

Everything was perfect. Loved the lunch service out at the swimming pool. we had a gluten-free person in our party, and the kitchen staff were amazing. Rooms were so clean ? Pool area was beautiful Room service when we arrived at 3am was outstanding. We will visit again. Eastern European guests thinking they owned the hotel, they thought they had priority over everybody else, and the way they spoke to staff and behaved round the pool when children were present not acceptable in a family hotel.
