The property is in nice location a bit old outdated Ac doesn’t work even if it’s hot outside they control the Ac Customer service it’s 0 very bad response the only good and smiling were the Valet section Other than that the other staff not helpful specially Turkish speaking ones

The resort is stunning and very spacious, with multiple large swimming pools — two with fresh water and another with seawater. The private beach is wide, sandy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. There are plenty of family-friendly evening activities and many play areas for kids. The resort also offers tennis and football courts, and golf cars are available to move easily between different entertainment areas. Food and snacks are available all day long, with a wide variety that suits every taste. Seafood lovers will especially enjoy the fresh fish options served for both lunch and dinner. Last but not least, the staff were incredibly kind and professional — from the reception team to everyone working around the resort. We were there for our honeymoon and asked for a quiet room, and they gave us a large, peaceful one, plus a complimentary dinner at A la carte restaurant and a free day at the pavilion. Overall, it was a beautiful and pleasant experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and great hospitality. ?✨

It exceeded my expectations, a real family hotel where there is a program for everyone from 7 to 77. They try to make everyone comfortable and happy. We liked it very much, and I think we will come there next year too.

Location was beautiful. Close to the airport NOT a 5* star hotel - stay away!!! Rooms are dirty, restaurants are dirty with scrappy floors / tables / plates. Food choices are awful… coffee is cheap nescafe . Swimming pool furniture is broken and torn. Wear and tear of all hotel is 80% … Personnel doesn’t speak English. Huge disappointment for 250£ per night
