It was very crowded

All Was very good, thanks for all the team at all at the facilities. special regards to Mr. Amin at the reception was very helpful and welcoming.

Food was various but repeated everyday Front desk staff is not helpful or friendly not even smiling There is no control if strangers comes from next hotels through the beach area I can’t describe the hotel as deluxe as it’s not focused to children as kids needs always happy stuff to them I would like to thank ELİF in guest relations she was so friendly , helpful, kind and she solves any problem that you have she made our stay amazing

Nice staff, great location, very clean

The room were very clean and big. Foods were delicious. Events were well organized and high quality. I am very happy 3rd time to be in this hotel. Everything was perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and very welcoming. The pool area and the beach were both beautiful and well-maintained, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food variety was also quite sufficient, and we enjoyed the meals throughout our stay. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared. We would especially like to thank the manager, Mr. Ramazan, for his kindness, professionalism, and attentive approach. His genuine interest in the guests made a big difference and made us feel truly valued. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Nothing.

The place is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The location is easy to reach, the host was kind and responsive, and check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend it.

The property has been used many years and no renovations. There are many spots on walls in the building and there were old bathrooms.

Sand and sea, some staff The hotel feels very outdated and really needs a complete renovation. Some staff members are genuinely friendly, but others seem exhausted and uninterested. It also looks like many of the positive reviews are fake—staff is polite with you then they ask guests to leave a good review in exchange for an extra day off for them. The “ultra all-inclusive” concept is very questionable. The food is just acceptable but lacks variety—it’s the same dishes every day. Juices are watered down, the coffee from the machine is awful, and there’s no barista. The only exception is barman Ali, who actually knows how to make good cocktails at the entire hotel.

Bathroom in rooms and toilets in different places need some regular refresh due to very high humidity.

The fact that I had to pay an extra 840euro it was not fun. As my sister stayed at the same hotel the same time for 2 people and paid 2200euro and I paid 3100 but later was forced to pay another 840euro because booking.com didn’t list the age of my children is not fair.

The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Every service was provided on time, and any small issue we encountered was quickly and efficiently resolved. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet vibrant, perfect for a family getaway. A special thanks goes to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ramazan and Front Desk team member Mr. Vedat for their exceptional service and kind support throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

I appreciate the fact that you have everything on site and you can really relax and enjoy the stay Value for money in my case. I expected a different level of comfort for a 5 stars hotels. Example: on a windy day, you could feel the air moving inside the room with closed windows. The curtains were moving.

Amazing stay especially for kids, plenty of areas and activities. Safe and clean facilities. Delicious food, helpful staff and a lot of fun. Nothing… literally everything was perfect.

A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, food was the best I’ve had ever compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey. The service we received was excellent and always provided with a smile and great attitude. A big thank you to all the staff for making it a memorable vacation. A special thank you to Ramazan Bey for resolving a small problem we had at the beginning of our stay, you certainly went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was amazing.

We stayed for 5 nights. The food, cleanliness, and staff attention were all excellent. Our 7-year-old child had a lot of fun. We were very satisfied. Thank you.

Exceptional

Let me start with everything was AMAZING!! From the minute I walked it to the minute I left, everything was great, food, activities, cleaning, staff, literally everything!! Let me tell you Im coming from Canada so I lowered my expectations just in case, but OH MY!! It was above and beyond!! Mr.Ramazan was very helpful and great, he made sure that our stay was exceptional. The staff were very well trained in every department and always smiling and made sure to maintain a great service! I will definitely be back next summer and maybe every summer for suree?

Loved everything about our stay. Had the best time. The food was good…desserts great but food not entirely to our taste but that’s an us problem.
