From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the resort and the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Elena, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. She was always approachable, attentive and genuinely cared about ensuring that our family had the best possible experience. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms, public areas and gardens were all kept to an exceptionally high standard, creating a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was one of the biggest surprises of our holiday. Having stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts over the years, we’ve often found that the food can be one of the weaker aspects. Rixos completely changed that perception. The variety was excellent, but more importantly, everything was consistently fresh, well prepared and of a very high standard. Every meal was something we genuinely looked forward to. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, which added tremendous value to our stay. It was a fantastic day out for our three-year-old son and made the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, Rixos Premium Belek exceeded our expectations in every way. The outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, immaculate facilities and family-friendly atmosphere made this one of the best all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury family holiday in Belek. Kids club (indoor) could be better and there should be a shallow area by the main pools.

The kind Staff. For the price you pay to stay at this resort, it’s simply not worth it. The hotel feels outdated and worn down, and there is very little to do besides spending time at the beach. If I were to visit again, I would choose Kaya Palazzo instead it’s more affordable and offers a much better overall experience.

Our stay at Rixos Premium Belek was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed. The dinner experience was outstanding, with an impressive variety of high-quality dishes across the restaurants. Every meal felt like a special occasion, with excellent service and attention to detail. Aksam restaurant was our favorite. The beach was equally impressive—pristine, well-maintained, and very peaceful. There were plenty of loungers available, and the service throughout the day made it effortless to fully unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, the hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and attentive service. We would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

Excellent, comfort, and clean pool villa, food diversity with different international restaurants, pools activities with soft drinks and beverages on pools was amazing, kids club, night shows were amazing, and all-inclusive :-), and off course with the support from the mazing stuff from Guest Assistant team Hamza & Nebila nothing

Food was great, non stop availability of drinks, snacks and desserts, even Starbucks coffee is free of charge :) Beach is nice, one warm pool for the cool days. Big area to play and explore. The Turkish and Italian restaurant a la carte were great. Everything is included in the price, no need to bring your wallet, unless you need something from the store. The hotel also organized transportation to and from Lands of Legends, and entrance is included in the price of the hotel. Rooms are a little bit outdated, we had to change our initial room because of the smell on the ground floor. Staff was great to find us an alternative solution. Also kids club is very small for a resort like this, a few of the toys were not working or damaged, could certainly improve the activities and offerings for the children at the hotel.

Rixos Premium Belek is truly one of our favorite hotels. As always, everything was absolutely incredible. But what makes this place so special is not only the hotel itself — it is the people who make every vacation unforgettable for us. This was our third stay at Rixos Premium Belek, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. The food was very delicious with a wide variety of options. A special highlight was the Greek restaurant - everything from the food to the show and dancing was amazing. We would also like to thank Katerina, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting with early check-in, late check-out and even small personal requests. A special thank you as well to our housekeeper Nadire - she was very kind, attentive and took great care of our room. We especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday and anniversary celebrations - it was very sweet and made our stay even more special. Since this was our third visit, we noticed that the overall experience felt slightly less consistent compared to previous years. The service and attention to detail were still good, but previously it felt more attentive and vibrant. The evening entertainment could also be improved, as the live music was not always engaging. There were a few minor inconsistencies in cleanliness and service details, which did not significantly affect our stay but are worth mentioning.

Our experience was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay and we regret that we didn’t try Rixos Premium earlier, we will definitely come back again! We loved the facilities and the staff, everything from check in to check out was fabulous. They also offer free shuttle to and from the Land of Legends and free access. They have more than 6 restaurants at the resort that you could eat at anytime! Literally this is the place for a vacation Honestly, the only bad thing is that I didn’t stay there before. Not a single comment to be made.
