I liked everything. My only suggestion would be to offer more regional dishes at breakfast.

Great place, lovely staff! Cleanness and bathroom products could be better

The historic value of the building, large rooms, nice views from room to the pool Breakfast didn’t have a lot of typical food. Not a wide selection for the price of the paid room. Hotel does not connect guest with tours. That is a missed opportunity.

Good atmosphere. Room cleaned daily. Staff friendly Staff doesn't speak English or a little bit. Breakfast is in portugese no English

Amazing breakfast Beautiful hotel

The hotel itself if rustic yet stylish and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel restaurant is very good. There are some great eateries and club options nearby but take an Uber or taxi to get there. I felt you need to be very careful in Belem where you go. Best to catch an Uber from the hotel to anywhere you want to go as it didn't feel safe walking.

Wonderful location and lovely staff. Beautiful building - a few small touches missing to make it exceptional but I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything. Nothing to dislike, except getting out of bed to turn off the lights.

Facilities and the bed

The building is from the Portugese colonial time, The food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) was varied and really tasty. Next to a great park with birds, reptiles, butterflies, and a restaurant. You can walk to the Harbour with the Ver-o-Peso market. Be prepared, the streets can be smelly and dirty, but people are nice.

Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom hidden in the closet. Of course, that makes the term “water closet” true. It is charming that very few employees speak English. Be sure to download Google Translate BRAZILLIAN Portuguese. Beautiful atrium with nautical artifacts. Great food. Periodic live music at night. Lovely pool area Not in a tourist area. However, Uber can take you anywhere. Be sure to confirm safety and directions with hotel staff first.

Facilities were impeccable. Lovely pool area. Comfortable rooms and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast generous. There is a city park a block away with wonderful birds and Amazonian park with great family walks. A small museum and just a relaxing way to mix with families and enjoy nature. More protein at breakfast? Lots of sweets.
