The room was very comfortable. The shower room was practical. The TV offered options of Netflix and Prime. I liked the fact there was a bar downstairs.so we could have snacksn in our room. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of fruits, juices, hot drinks and local delicacies.

The location is great and the check-in was easy. The shower was dirty. After my first night, the bed sheet was taken away and not replaced. Only the blanket was left.

The location was nice and the staff were lovely My room had a funny smell to it, and was unfortunately placed next to a wall so I didn’t get much natural lightening. I only stayed there for one night, so it was manageable but all of my belongings when I left, smelt like the awful smell the room had after

The room was very different from the resevation picture. It was really mischievous. I chose the room because it pictured a wide window with a view. The actual room had a very small window directed to a wall. Very claustrophobic. The staff told there were only a few rooms like the picture. Therefore, they should picture the actual room in the reservation page, or charge extra fee for the room with larger window and a view. The staff was completely unresponsive. The desk table was also worn out. Bad experience.

the air conditioning in the room, and the friendly and helpful staff, room was clean. The Wi-Fi was very weak and often inaccessible. Additionally, the toilet lacked windows or air conditioning to refresh the air. The menu also offered limited options for lunch and dinner, with no appealing choices.

The breakfast was very enjoyable. The best part of the room was the shower, which had amazing pressure. The location was great, really close to Docas and other touristic spots. The room could be a bit bigger, I was sharing a twin room with a coworker and it was very tight. The conditions of the room were not the best, the sink would keep dripping and leaking, and the doorframe was peeling. Also, even though there is a sustainability policy, they would keep changing the towels every day. Finally, I would not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner, as they take very long and the food quality was a coin toss.
