I really enjoyed the spaciousness of both the bedroom and bathroom – they offered plenty of room to relax. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the variety. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was a bonus that most of them spoke English, which is very helpful for guests who don't speak Portuguese. Even though the rooms are spacious, they don’t allow more than two people per room. I was traveling with my siblings, and we would have loved to share one room. Additionally, the pool was a bit dirty, and there was no staff available at the pool area. It would also be great if a bar could be added by the pool.

It's a grat location, although the traffic is pretty bad at rush hours. The lobby and restuarant are nice. Staff are very friendly and the porters very helpful. And the bed was the comfiest I remember in a long time! I was disappointed by the room a bit - it was pretty old fashioned. Needs a redesign really. And for such a high-level hotel I thought the breakfast was very poor - the food wasn't tasty and there was a poor selection.
