Modern style hotel. Breakfast not included in the rate. Super expensive bar area (9 real for a small bottle of water) we were told not to walk around this area and had to take an uber everywhere.

Missing some hooks in bathroom to hang things and there was no towel to use after washing hands

The room is so small. If u are going to stay for 1-2 nights its doable.

Bathroom - The room was a bit dark. Probably brighter lights would help the room to appear bright. - The hallway to my room was also really dark. Again, brighter lights would help.

I've stayed at a few Ibis properties before and this is pretty par for the course. Budget rooms and experience but got the job done for the two nights I spent in Belém. Pretty central and secure area, Ubers and motos are easily accessible to get around if you don't want to bother walking. Pool was nice for a quick dip before I left for the airport. I worked for a day from the room and the wifi gave me no issues. I thought the price was fair as well. I can recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff and facility. The food was good, the room was comfortable. My only issue had to do with I booked the hotel knowing that I had work meetings. They were doing construction next-door so there was a jackhammer that created noise. If it hadn’t been for that, it would’ve been 100%

Nice rooms No access to a water fountain, selling plastic is out! The breakfast are is too close to the entrance.

- Comfortable bed - Reliable Aircon - Nice pool area/facilities (simple gym, sauna was closed) - Location food for the Nazaré area with lots of restaurants and cafes, feels safe during the day - Nice book about Belém in the room, which turned out to be useful - It was in the middle of a reform when we stayed, which meant some ongoing work and activity. This occasionally impacted service as well, but is understandable. - Minor issue but the elevator card reader was terrible and you'd sometimes spend several minutes trying to make it work

the room quality is very bad, you don't have any kind of comfort, the bathroom was dirty.

The breakfst and the location are very good. I was in a room that had no phone, no hair dryer and the shower had no door so it flooded the whole batthroom. I've asked 3 times to change rooms and the staff didn't do anything about it.
