First and foremost, the wi-fi at this hotel is unacceptably weak. Beyond that, there is no public foyer area really to sit and work other than the restaurant where the internet was weak and it was hot. Even in the room, the internet didn't work so well. Hot water came eventually, but it tood awhile. If the electronic keys get anywhere near your phone or magnet, they have to be recharged. The gym is tiny with one machine and two treadmills. It's not a bad place, it's just not what you would expect from a "nice" hotel in a city.

Wifi was horrible in my room, I needed to work when I was there and was a huge issue to have such poor wifi.

The staff was awesome One elevator stopped working

Restaurant was really excellent, which was a surprise because kind of cafeteria like. Grateful for that because area not one to wander about after dark. Beds/rooms excellent. Big windows on to city life. Airline crews stay here.

The locality, the breakfast, the food The room is cramped, the hairdryers are so weak that it's the same as not having one. Not every day we had a tidy room. The wifi is bad. For the price they charge, it's not worth it

The location, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Most of the front desk staff speak English.
