Good breakfast Comfy Room Spa is ok It's walking distance from the pier Not many places you can walk to from the hotel It's a huge resort so everytime I had to go back to my bedroom it took a good few minutes

I was on the river view room! Very nice view and saw beautiful sunsets every night.

The location of the property and the rooms are nice. We booked 2 rooms via booking.com that were supposed to be to have 1 twin bed and 1 double bed. Unfortunately the rooms only had 2 single beds and we had to pay extra for an extra bed. The beds arrived 4 hours after our arrival in the rooms, we had to repeatedly call the reception to ask for the beds and after for the right bedding.

Really great staff. We enjoyed staying here. They took good care of our staff and students. Check-in was a little more complicated than I needed to be. And it was hard to reach anybody to make arrangements before we arrived. Once we made the reservation, that was it. we couldn’t really call the front desk or anybody else to explain any special requirements we had. This was frustrating once we checked in. Everything was fine.
