The staff has to be mentioned first because they were absolutely amazing - super helpful, kind, generous, flexible and very responsive. English speaking staff available. The rooms were modest but very clean and secure. Great proximity to event site at COP30. Great value overall. Would absolutely come back. The Wi-Fi was not great, but we managed anyways. It's not a great neighborhood, but for our purposes it was perfect meaning close to where we needed to be and the cleanliness and excellence of staff weighed up for this! Felt safe at the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast, including seasonal local tropical fruits was great. If you like rooms with NO windows, NO table and NO chairs, then this is the place for you.

Shower doesn't have hot water, compared to the 3 star hotel in the area.
