Location right in the city center, good breakfasts - Small rooms - Instead of a proper double bed — two beds pushed together - No universal sockets - No bathrobes, slippers available on request only - Minimal toiletries - Room wasn’t cleaned despite the “Please make up my room” sign

Keep in mind the hotel is a pedestrian area, access only by foot. The pillows were not great.

Clean and comfy. Great location. Quiet. Slept very well. Hand wash wasn't there. There were only bottles of like bodywash which they refill. I would aprechiate mini products by person. Also, I would aprechiate botteled water, not the one hotel staff sips in. Coffe maker water pot needs to be cleaned.

Great location. Affordable and clean. No street access to easily get luggage in. Parking garage is fairly close but it’s a bit far with luggage.

But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone I met was professional, kind, and genuinely eager to help. I had an unexpected situation after my stay: I accidentally left my wallet in the room, with all my cards and documents inside. The hotel staff immediately located it and kept it safe. Since courier companies refused to handle such a shipment, an employee from the front office, personally took the initiative to deliver the sealed envelope to the travel agency that could send it to Greece. Thanks to her help and the hotel’s exceptional service, the wallet reached me safely a few days later.

The staff are the nicest and they made all the difference . Location is excellent and rooms are very clean They may want to increase the lobby size (it’s tiny) and include black out blinds on some of their rooms

Fantastic location right on Knez Mihailova. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and on duty 24 hours. Thank you for the room upgrade :). Large comfortable room with a Nespresso machine. Close to all the sights, cafes, and the bus station. Wifi was very patchy and the shower was only ever warm water, never hot.
