Excellent hotel with great location and supreme and friendly staff. There was a serious water shortage in Belgrade's old city center during my stay, but the hotel resolved the problem. I was transferred to the Crowne Plaza Belgrade by IHG at no extra cost. I would like to highlight the competence and special attention of the hotel employee named Srdjan, who arranged everything and even called a taxi to take me to the new hotel.

Room is a bit small, and could the small space could be organized/arranged better. Mini fridge could be used as closet space instead.

The restaurant has interesting menu and very nice atmosphere at night.

Comfy and clean rooms, right in the city center. Ideal for the stay in the middle of the city. Nice lobby bar. I had a room in the last floor and I couldn't open windows to let some fresh air in. The only thing I didn't like.
