Breakfast was pretty awful. Also, no elevator, had to carry my suitcases by the stares from the second floor.

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was what you would expect for a large hotel. There was secure parking for my motorcycle, which was very important to me. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location, walking distance to numerous attractions. Easy to reach any location wherever you want by city transport. Nice room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast, but nothing extraordinary. The safe box out of order. The lamp by the toilet mirror did not turn off. Only instant coffee at breakfast. The worst thing was they didn't find an option for early check-in as requested, neither communicated that in advance (maybe a fail of booking.com).

Breakfast was standard, as in other Serbian hotels. It was good. I thought the location was close to the Central Bus Station. But it was not. However, it was nice. The room was relatively small, but it was very comfy. There was very little time to evaluate it further. I think it's easy to reach. I liked the giant birdcage.

Everyone was very pleasant. I wish I knew the hotel has to sections the very nice hotel in front and a very plain no elevator in back. Will make sure to check next time. Then back building where my room was had a terrible view of garbage cans and a parking lot and no elevator to the 3rd floor. They need to b clear about that

Quite good location, 20 min walking to main square Terazije. Rooms and breakfast above our expectation and most important for us with SUV parking available.

1 of the best stays in Belgrade. Close to the center front desk helpful and cherish.

Room was very nice. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. Breakfast selections had good variety and the staff was helpful at breakfast. I really liked the decor of the hotel, beautiful pictures in the hallways and the overhead birdcage was fun to look at and listen to the birds. I asked for the hotel to book my taxi to the airport and the arrangements went well.

Reception completed our checkin. The room was not ready - no sheets. There was a single person in the entire hotel and could not provide any. They cancelled our reservation and send us looking for another hotel at 10 PM.

location We reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because they don't have any other non-smoking room. When I complained, the answer was basically "take it or leave it" because they were fully booked. But I booked my room over a month earlier.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Carry upstairs the suitcases without any help, not even for an extra fee. The front desk person at check in was mean.
