Nice location My window was broken, a/c don’t work, it was cold, I haven’t cleaning cart, which I asked for reservation table,rooms services came in two times, once I was in toilet.Breakfast not good, and not explaining dishes ingredients, I can’t consume pork but I did.

Everything was perfect including breakfast. Close to the main street in Belgrade. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful.

No hot water what so ever. Not even luke warm. We mentioned it and God advised to leave the water running for 15 min. After 30 min still cold. They sent up a guy that told us that as the hotel is ful that is the normal heat of the water? Obviously we took no shower. Same thing next morning. Definitely not worth the 250 euro

Very nice hotel in the center of town they allowed me to check in early as I had a very early flight.

My case did not arrive at Belgrade Airport. He made a phone call to Lost and Found and spoke to them in their language and then the lady spoke to me and told me my case would arrive later that day . It meant so much to me to meet someone so kind .

There was no do not disturb sign in the room and despite me telling the maid not to enter the room and that we did not need to clean, she still entered the room without our permission. The room safe was locked and could not be used. Overall, the hotel was in a classic style but very old and outdated and I do not recommend choosing this hotel.

Everyone on staff was so kind, which made the stay at such a unique spot even more enjoyable. Easily one of the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered! The soap dispenser in the bathroom was… a choice. It leaks soap all over the floor. The shower, though I could hold it, was too high for comfort otherwise and I’m 157 cm. Also, don’t expect to sleep in–as breakfast starts, you will hear every word spoken in the hall.

Breakfast: - very poor - the coffee machine was not working for two days - the staff during breakfast was too loud - ambient music was disaster There is no sound isolation in the room

Nice hotel Service,cleanliness,the morning house keeping did not clean and change towels every day,location is very far from city center (about 4-5 km)different from hotel’s review in booking.com and etc

Staff is very good and helpful The hotel is quite old. Although the staff was well-intentioned, the sheets and towels were dirty and old. The air conditioning was not working.
